To say that I love my job is the biggest understatement I could ever deliver - it is the perfect balance of my passions, skills and ambitions. I recommend a job at rebel wholeheartedly for those who are prepared to be challenged and work hard in the retail landscape - because if you are willing, rebel will reward you by providing an impactful, meaningful and fun workplace. 

Progression is not just talked about at rebel, it is practiced day in, day out. I started as a regular, in-store team member, who worked at rebel for fun during my uni degree. 8 and change years later, I am now in a national role, perfectly suited towards my skillset amidst years of targeted development pathways, and I now have the opportunity to effect change at an organisational level. 

The culture is phenomenal, with the CEO down to team members walking the walk of the key values that our business stands for. There is accountability at each level of the chain, and success is rewarded and celebrated along the way. My team is incredible, and truly does care about me more than just an employee, but as a person contributing towards their organisation. 

I cannot more firmly stamp rebel as THE place to work in the sports retail space. I have loved my journey, and do not plan on leaving anytime soon!

Used to be a great place to work and meet new friends, loved working here for my first few years. Until they decide you’re too close with someone and shouldn’t work in the same department or at the same time as them. Recently management has had no stability with empty positions being filled and changed way too often meaning your goals are constantly changing. For the most part an amazing company to work for with great benefits. My days here brought some of my closest friends into my life and taught me so many valuable lessons that have helped me so much in my professional career. As rude and annoying as customers and thieves can be, and despite my unhappy ending with the company it’s my first recommendation for anyone young looking for a job

Great people and great culture. An entry level sales job which prepares you well for similar jobs. Product knowledge is fairly easy to understand and grasp. Many people throughout management and otherwise I always felt I could rely on with questions. Great discounts across a variety of brands. 

I was blessed to have a very understanding store manager & the team were great because of this! It was a pleasure to work there & the pay is great too! Rebel really look after their employees in all aspects, especially mental health & care of employees. 

Rebel has a great team culture and environment to work in. Everybody is so friendly and welcoming and always having fun while getting the job done. If you have any issues or feedback managers always happy to listen. Overall great company

horrible place to work. would not reccomend. management care about no one but themselves. a company that likes to sweep any issues under the rug and hope it stays undetected.
