My work experience at Smithfield RSL Club has been very helpful to increase and develop a high standard for greeting and serving customers in a courteous manner, along with other duties and rotational work. 
Management has been very mindful to maintain their employees expectations at level keeping the workplace organised to commit an engagement with co-workers to beneficially excel our services.
The most difficult part of the work was having to deal with the casual roster hours which inconveniently found myself without a drivers license and had to manage to walk distance after late hours and that my children weren't able to be supervised at times, and the most enjoyable part of the job was to socialise with customers and working with co-workers.

Working in cleaning field was not that hectic job. There are lot of types in cleaning like windows and doors glass cleaning, floor machine cleaning, carpet vacuuming, toilet cleaning and bar cleaning. Management is quite good so its not that difficult for us to manage with our work. Every jobs have a hardest part which might result in body aching at first but when you are use to it, it's a matter of time.

It was fun to work in the club,. You have the opportunity to meet different people with different backgrounds.
The hard part in the job is when you deal with patrons has no English background, it will measure your patients dealing with this certain situation. 
And with minors has to make it sure that there’s a responsible adult accompany with them. But over all it was fun working in the club

I good place to start if you want to be bartender, as I found it wasn't to stress full and I gain a little hospitality experience. I got the job bay just walking in and asking off the street, and I had an interview and started within a week. management and pay was good.

I have learnt how to communicate to different people, especially the customers and my colleagues. Usually we'll start the job at 5pm, and end at 10 or 10:30. It is a bit late for me. The enjoyable part in my job is the colleagues are warm hearted and we always help each others.

Good place to work however being accountable to a committee is often very difficult and confusing. The manager was wonderful but restricted to how she could operate.

The company provided me a good opportunity. It changed my chef experience in these 4 years. Some of the previous skill have been improved such as multi-tasking, cost control. Also, I leant how to be a good team player.

Very busy, theres always something to do, fun and friendly. The place could be cleaner if they too the initiative to clean it, changing rooms are gross and need to be cleaned and bathroom could be cleaner too.

Customer is lovely, Staff is friendly, management does their job. The downside is they can't fire the lazy local out just be too compromise with them.
