working with Quayclean has been a good starting point, especially for getting local work experience in Australia. I found the job straightforward and relatively easy to learn, and I liked that there were flexible shifts, which helped me manage my schedule.
At the same time, I felt the work could be quite repetitive and physically demanding at times. Also, the experience really depends on the site and the supervisor—some days run very smoothly, while others can be a bit disorganised.
Overall, I see it as a solid job if you’re looking for something stable and flexible, especially in the short term. It’s not necessarily something I’d see as a long-term career.

Working as a cleaner at the Sydney Royal Easter Show was an amazing experience. I got to see the event from a different angle, working behind the scenes while everyone else enjoyed the show.

The best part was the team I worked with. Even though it was hard work, we supported each other and kept the place clean for all the visitors. Seeing people happy and grateful for our work made it all worthwhile.

The managers were really helpful and made sure we had what we needed to do our job well. But it was a physical job, and things could change quickly, so being flexible was important.

Company is very cooperative and i am also cooperative with this company. 
All cleaning partners are helpul and doing their work with thier responsibility. 
The most typical day is that when we have to change oil of barbecues.
I learned how to clean and how to handle different work in cleaning like cleaning of poles.
Culture of the company and place is good for working.

Clear vision, clear target, work manageable and not stress.

I wouldn’t recommend working for Quayclean, nor building a career in there, as there is no job security, and a lot of underhanded management and practices they use to shaft an employee they have chewed up worked to the ground only to spit them out once they got what they want out of them and no longer useful to replace them with people who have shafted the employee for their own selfishness gain

Any time I take time off I am highly missed as everyone enjoys my personality and stories.
We all have very good work Ethics and work extremely hard.
Hardest part at times is the debt collecting as so many places are suffering. Although now I have a rally good repoir with other Offices so they enjoy my calls.

Good atmosphere at the sites, very good Manager and not so good supervisor, as I had to do her job uncountable times. 
It was always good to work for them as I had the freedom to do beyond my job required and showing them other skills that I would have. 
They would trust my job so much that after a while I would have many extra hours and way more than the other cleaners.

The time period was flexible.
learnt to communicate with others.
The management was very systematic.
People were from different cultural background. 
the hardest part is to carry load by self and travel to clean the areas.
the most enjoyable part is meetings and the programs organised by the manager in different occasions.

Productive place to work. I am really thanksful with my current job, it is the great support of my life in Melbourbe, but, I need find something more because I am not working the suficent hours to pay life here. As a student I can work 20 hours per week, so I'm available to work all the days of the week after 2.30 pm, and all the day during the weekends.
