From opening the Shop continuoulsy got busier each month until we was fully booked all the time. A cosy little shop with repeat clients. A barbers dream. I was part of a Hotel so there was a lot of staff which created a family team atmosphere. I love being part of a bigger crown of employees. Management was pretty good. I reported to the Hotel general manager often, but I ran the shop efficeintly to not need too much support. The hardest part of the job was the also the best part of the job. Long hours on your feet all day running a shop as well as a full column each day. I get a buzz from a busy shop and atmosphere and this shop definitely had heaps of if.

Typical hospitality nonsense. Too many managers and so much not being managed well if at all.

Significant distress among the workers. Needs and rights not met.

Issues rarely addressed in a timely manner.

Lawful conduct not followed.

The few decent managers are overworked, over stressed and thus unable to help their staff when that is needed. Which is daily. Middle managers pushed to doing 80+ hour weeks while upper management just make their job difficult to impossible with a lack of support.

So much is wrong at QT Hotels. 

Employee are called day before if they have to come for work. Rosters are always changing. Time to work is exactly claculated so no any small breaks or time to rest for some minutes. Management of work is also not good. I was new recruit over here. Past employees who work here all left this job just 2-3 are still working. 
All the new recruits who joined same time as me are  also gone within weeks or even in days.
Recommended to work if you don't have any job for short time before you get your career job.

Prepare foods according to dietary and cultural needs 
Implement food safety procedures

Qt is a company that only cares about figures and money. Staff have no support from management whatsoever, who are constantly pushing for a higher workload at any cost. There is no loyalty within the company and staff are treated as though they are replaceable at any given time. The overall feeling is a very stressful environment where you feel very lonely and as if you are walking on egg shells and any day could be your last.

I have been working at SpaQ for almost 5 years and I love to spa because we have the best teamwork and the client always lovely. I never have seem any workplace have this vibe, chill and relaxing. You can be yourself and people dont jugde what you doing but only beware to do the job properly so other people dont have to clean up your mess but most of the time we have nice support from the team memeber 

It was a great opportunity in my carreer.It helped me to sharpen my skill set both theoretically and practically.I love customer support  because I love constant human interaction and satisfaction that comes from helping someone solve a problem and QT gave a good exposure .

Good managers, good pay, and good team.

Housekeeping is always stressful

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great culture and environment. Super quirky.

This place is nice to work. Only problem is the housekeeping management group not good. There is no planning at all. The housekeeping manager seems to be not helping at all. Always stays inside the office and looks distracted
