People on the floor you work with are great. 
Middle management are ruining the place. There's nearly more managers than workers. Greedy execs have ripped the heart out of the airline. Expect to take two year wage freeze every time a new EBA is due. Workers are leaving at alarming rates. Not being back filled. If an attempt to back fill is made, its with lesser quality international "tradies". Sleep walking to a major accident. Poor pay for the amount of pressure. Look elsewhere.

To Perform snd Supervise Routine, Non-Routine Maintenance and repair tasks on complex, modern large aircraft systems.
Shift work exposure to a mixture of day and night shift rosters.
This career provides an enjoyable, varied job function and continuous learning to maintain licenses and experience to the required high standard demanded within the aviation industry.

The company has great benefits, great travel perks. Additionally, ways to save your overtime to use to travel. Lots of things to learn on the job. The only downside is job security is on the low end due to contracts.

I worked as a Senior LAME quite a few years ago now and left to join another airline in Asia.

I still have fond memories of my time at QF. Great job, great people and lots of laughs and, at times,  tears too.

An amazing chapter of my career. I never looked back.

its ok. no career progression. management have no interest in allowing staff to get ahead. If you are career driven and want to continually grow and develop. Look else ware. Upper management has destroyed a once great company.

Nice place to work. Matured organisation. Staff car park. close to station. Nice staff travel benefits. Good mix of people from all background. Very safe work place.

Team is cooperative and very supportive. It's a very friendly environment to work at. The Management team are very understanding and great in leadership skills
