I was based on the Northern Beaches, so got to work at many centers there, a car made a big difference, I was flexible so often got calls to cover shifts. The office crew were great and engaging. I rarely had issues but felt I could express them and was listened to and dealt with. When I had other things to do, I let them know and was not offered shifts.
If you want bulk experience of many centers Pulse is a great group to work for. I got many long term offers doing the relief work (I declined)

	Prepare documentation on food temperatures to ensure food safety for patients
	Maintaining quality assurance for food safety standards, including food labelling and expiry dates
	Working within WHS hygiene standards, maintaining food and equipment 
	Stock take and stock ordering to meet patient needs 
	Working to prepare meals to a schedule, serve meals, set up and pack down food service for patients

Being a casual employee was I was constantly meeting new children, families and educators which assisted in developing my ability to form positive relationships with various people. I would pass on my observations to permanent educators so they could extend on the children's interests.

From my experience, the company provide me chances to work in childcare centers where they have a diversity in cultural backgrounds of staff and children.

childcare was not my type of work,
general essentials, bottle and feeding times, nap time, playtime, writing portfolios on infants and toddlers, making sure there is structure throughout the nursery.

Looking for more financial security.I really enjoy working casually,but lately,my hours are not guaranteed.

Good job for individuals looking to gain experience within a school environment through after school care. Although, there is limited job security due to the work being casual.

Great place to work with fantastic staff, excellent opportunities and only left to relocate.
