The best part on working in the is being independent. Having a good relationship with your co-workers.

The constant audits amd managers always changing how you do things so your constantly confused

The work enviroment is toxic and unsupportive

I quit after two years couldnt handle the manager anymore

Diversity of tasks. Work is constant

Completing shift tasks on nights of events in Perth

Work environment OK. Contact with other employees on shift change over

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Constant work load. Nights where no Perth events less stressful

A typical day involves being reprimanded (usually publically) for not doing 3x your average workload. They also won't pay you for the hours you work, especially if you work during public holidays.

Supervisors/area manageers are very unprofessional and not trained for their role. 

PrompCorp is the most toxic, vile workplace. 

Management lazy unorganised random drug testing pick a number u dont get ur number called you dont get tested stupid when u can see there is a male worker there affected by drugs

Site Manager was great for BP North. 
When busy quite chaotic. I do feel that the company doesn't have enough staff on when times & seasons require it. But overall. They were ok. I was only there for a short time as I became sick &  basically in the end chose to leave the position.

I really love to work with Promp Corp  very very good people professional honest they have got right equipments training every thing is a great I really love to working with them I really enjoy a lot

Don't qork with this company. They change how they want things done daily, you're never good enough and managers never respond to you. Look for a different company if you really need to work as a cleaner. 

everyone is lovely and works well as a team,
work is shared out fairly, can get busy at times, worked in a big team and everyone for the most part got along, if your looking for a friendly and fair company this is it   

This company think in your team, we have all Personal Protective Equipment and our job is  equally for everyone.

I believe this company should incorporate cultural recycling in us work place.
