Started off ok. Seemed flexible and easy going. Doesn't take long to understand the job.
In store merchandise work consists mostly of cleaning and refilling bulk food bins.  With covid restrictions staff are now spending most shifts prebagging goods for sale. Very repetitive much like a food factory worker only with no co-workers and the only communication via email and group message. No social or commradery aspects.
Fine if you just need a small thing to fill your morning. But limiting for any real advancement. Can only work limited hours and no opportunity for promotion. Most staff do the job for a few months then move on understandably. It gets very boring very quickly if you dont have something fulfilling outside of work. 

Physical work cleaning and restocking but I enjoy it. Great products to sell. Company always updating and getting new items. Most customers are fantastic to chat with. Love my regulars who stop by to say hello. 
Great flexibility and working environment. 
Upline person is amazing. She is always there to answer any question big or small. 

Same day everyday Monday to Friday go to work and do the same work everyday with no room for upgrading myself. Management is not that good and sometimes not organised properly especially when it come to waiting for orders to be picked and packed. Pick orders sometimes came late from the IT and sometimes miss out on the order for the day. Workplace culture is good where the workers are nice to each other as we have different nationality background. I don't feel like the job is enjoyable to work at. Overall it is not that great to work there where the pay are not good enough. 

Started off great 12 hours over 3 days , good 3 day per week part time job , but then it changed to 12 hours over 4 days , if I wanted to work four days a week you would expect more than 12 hours a week, lots of work involved and not enough time to get it done in your 3 hour shift , management consistently asking extra and you must do things at your own expense like it’s your own phone credit and data to complete work tasks , your own printing costs for all necessary paperwork with no reimbursement. Sore body sore back and arms and low pay rate considering the tasks asked to complete.

Prolife is a fantastic company to work for.  Although the work is very repetitive, you are able to manage your own workload and determine what you do each day.  Management is excellent and helpful and do all they can to assist with whatever your needs may be.  

There's almost nothing difficult about this job.  Everything is manageable and you meet new people on a daily basis.  I love the flexibility this job offers me as a mom and have only the highest of praise for my direct manager.  I love my work!

Didn’t feel appreciated for going above and beyond, a lot of tasks and hard work for what I believe is more than a ‘merchandisers role’. They have strict block out on all major holiday periods not young family friendly. 
Regular audits of your work that criticise and no praise.

Very fast paced environment, which can lead to being stressful at times. Need to have a very strong attention to detail. Sadly training wasn't not very long. Was 2 weeks roughly and then kind of left to your own devices and expected to be able to remember everything and perform like a senior employee, so do need to be a very fast learner. 
Are understanding with personal life issues that can interfere with ability to work. 

Profile foods is one of the safest companies I have ever worked for. The work load is mild at times but can also be fast paced. Great team leaders and supervisor . All staff are respectful and kind to each other. I would recommend this job to friends and family who need a stable and fun Job. Difinately a five 🌟

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Every like Friday  because not working weekends

It’s a good job, if you only want to work few hours a week, eg maximum for a store is 12-15 hrs a week. 

Only problem is, if you want to work more than 12 hours a week they cannot provide that.

Apart from that, it’s a good easy job.
