I've learnt alot but this is more due to my nature, if your into clicks - its got them but it doesnt mean you have to stay in a lane and worry about being cast out.
Work culture depends on the supervisor - some send their stress down the line, and others take it in their stride. The latter seems to get more done and doesnt stress everyone else in the process.
Hardest part was the new owners and everything that came with that. Communications went - 1 contact person in the office slowly became 5. As far as working -  lazy workers or ones who had the ticket but not the knowledge or skills and then get offended when you call it out. Some people value their pride more than safety but thats just work I guess.
Most enjoyable part is, it was construction on a mine site..if you didn't know what you enjoyed doing for work its the best place to see 30 different roles and what they actually look like day to day.

Management and most supervisors I work with are professionals and approachable
been with them on and off 4 years

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Tooling on some sites are late need to return battery operated tools at the end of the day (shift), then it will not be available next day because others get it first from the store, other than that, no big issue that can not solve

Safety culture 
If a tradie wants to upgrade just ask and help will be given

Busy but safe, every aspect of the task is planned

Very one works a team and help each other.

The language barriers with workers making sure they understand

Very good all good vibs   We had pizza ordered in on for workers on nights with soft drinks

Set of work packs to  complete an set the next shift up to for success

Not cool, bleed you half star rating not the guys the bigger bosses

The minutes for smoko they stress over minutes and don’t look at the work you do

Workers are awesome good vibe among the workers

Always bitchin about minutes that losses the moral of the place

As with most construction work it varies, due to city location there was a variety of rosters available.
Some days passes quickly, others not so.
Management do not tolerate deliberate OHS violations.
Look, think, act & react.
"Not my problem" is your problem & be proactive in every aspect.
Well stocked stores & are prepared to assist on specific tooling if required.

Must be smart working and provide a fit in appearance.  Some good people in the mix but a group that are very protective of their positions   I was assigned work from a lead mechanical designer.   He told me to do it his way then told me to deleted what Id done.  Other lead Mechanical designers gave much more support and instruction 

Well its nice working with primero,they treat there workers fairly and no discrimanation.they are always look for there workers when it comes to safety ,they provide proper trainings ,voc and most of all they all the ppe that you will be needed into your job .i am looking forward to work wirh them again.

Primero has a good team member on the ground. But overall when you see there have been people working together since long-form groups and the management always favors their blue blood.

They have a lot of work happening but their approach would be sink or swim, work doesn't get recognized.  

Great boss who everyone respected. He always motivated you to work hard but rewarded you for your efforts. The workplace culture was spot on with a great social feel after work. The hardest thing was working away from home for 3 weeks at a time

Management are easy to approach and talk too about work or lifestyle. Fast pace that I enjoyed to achieve set deadlines but sometimes planning was a little chaotic. Most work colleagues are willing to jump in and lend a helping hand.
