Pinnacle People are very considerate flexible, friendly and every shift has something different to offer new experiences always learning new things and the other staff are we so inviting and warm. Very different to what I'm used to in the hospitality industry.

Great place to work, I often refer my friends here. I had the opportunity to work at amazing new places that I probably wouldn't have been qualified for beforehand.
Unfortunately, the contract you sign states that you can't take a job opportunity from the clients you temp work for. Furthermore, it is incredibly hard to get a referee if you want to continue hospitality work, as your area 'supervisor' does not see your work and is mainly admin-based. the supervisors at individual work places, compliments are to your face, and the likely hood of seeing them again is so low you don't ask for numbers

The hardest part of being an agency chef is you don't know what you are getting into. You don't know what is going to happen. Though, all you have at the end can do attitude combines with basic knowledge that you were taught at school and to be the best version of yourself, gradually, every day, you grow into a stronger and better person. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Everyday new venues and new staffs and events

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
We’ll have to wait for the shifts and sometimes it gets cancelled 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Nice , friendly and helpful. Mostly are from Europeans but it was great coming across people from different cultures and backgrounds.

It’s interesting and never the same.

Suddenly call and place to different areas in a different shift work.

Flexibility, ability to work at events I never thought possible, training available amazing staff and awesome around job.

Not stressful at all. It’s can be a high intense job but they put you where you feel comfortable

I am happy how they organised but sometime dont have enought shift hrs .. I believe if you are wanted casual job able to work different locations and learn things and meeting lots of co workers and bosses. I would likely happy to recommend them to every one who are looking for extra works.

Its really good for people who want to start their first job. The management is a bit chaotic. Sometimes the manager would be rude to u. But overall, its a nice job to gain experience.

It's fun to join this company. Have plenty working place option, such as stadiums, hotels, casino, age care, etc. flexible roster and if you are lucky, you will be able to work in many prestigious events.
