Working for Pickles Auctions has been a disappointing experience. The company culture is toxic and the work environment is stressful. There is a lack of support and guidance from management, which makes it difficult to perform job duties effectively. The training provided is inadequate, leaving employees to figure things out on their own.

Furthermore, there is a lack of appreciation for employees, and the pay and benefits are below industry standards. The workload is often overwhelming, and there is no work-life balance. The company is focused solely on profits, which creates a cut-throat environment where employees are pitted against each other.

Overall, working for Pickles Auctions has been a regrettable experience, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The company's toxic culture, lack of support and guidance, inadequate training, low pay and benefits, overwhelming workload, and profit-focused environment make it a poor place to work.

Day at pickles is like any other day you would expect from a job ,its an awesome place to work share a yarn with colleagues while getting on with your job just the usual.
pickles has taught me how to work fast and also do my work proper at the same time and with that skill I have been able to get duties that are assigned to me done in a short amount of time.
there was never a hard time working at pickles because management was always checking and providing us with the necessary tools to ease our work.
the best thing about working at pickles are the people cause they are not your average snobby business men/women, they treat everyone the same way you'd normally treat your best mate and that's what makes pickles in my opinion such a great place to work.

Pickles was a decent workplace with a lot of work. The management area had lacked communication skills but we learnt to manage in the detailing department by working as a team and sorting out the most needed jobs. We worked very well under pressure and always finished the job. It was good learning process when dealing with the management of people and taking control. It built my confidence as a leader and gave me reason to work to the best of my abilities. I enjoyed working at pickles auctions.

The role would be based on a weekly turnaround of vehicles for the weekly auction. On a weekly basis there would be cars being dropped off to be disposed of by the Auction house. Once dropped off, these vehicles require to be booked in correctly into the internal system. It is key to have a keen eye for detail at this point to ensure the information is correct. The vehicle is then either stored or washed in preparation for the next auction. Once washed, the vehicle is placed in chronological order for the auction. Auction day can require the Co-ordinator to spot for the auctioneer, looking for bids.

100% WFH.  The team and supervisors are very supportive,  It’s a very male dominated industry.

Every call is different, there is a lot of autonomy, however there is always someone to reach out to.

One of the biggest names I have had the privleage to work for. Good people, good money and room for opportunities to further your role in the industry. Always busy and gaining more work. A growing company that has boomed. I found my skills for car cleaning when I started working for pickles. I had good encouragement to further my skills and did just that. I got better because of the support I gained so quickly from the managers.

The company is getting cloud-ready by moving parts of its on-premise systems to the cloud environment and by aligning to its cloud migration roadmap through the ideation of digital solutions, incubation of businesses, & sprawling of in-house cloud systems.

I really loved doing this job and working for this company.
I worked with a great team and management were always pushing us to aim higher, they also promote from within and been such a large company there were so many opportunities for all workers.
I left this job to relocate from Perth to Brisbane due to family needs.

I was a temp and let go without notice, the staff are bogans who wear sandals and swear every 10 seconds and yell
I do not recommend this very unprofessional place
I have never seen someone wearing sandals to a job, especially an office job
