I joined this company because they promoted themselves as supportive of staff wellbeing and with reasonable KPIs. Unfortunately, the reality was very different.

KPIs were initially advertised as “guidelines,” but quickly became rigid targets, with constant pressure and hounding from management.

Despite consistently meeting KPIs, missing them for even a single week meant being penalised, with no opportunities for raises or promotions.

Staff were encouraged to increase charges (e.g., kilometres) purely so the company could generate more revenue, even when this went against changes in NDIS policy and did not contribute to employee salaries. 

The focus is entirely on profit and KPI performance, not staff wellbeing or client care. Staff are run into the ground, penalised for taking leave, and given no support when raising concerns.

The company refuses to cover essential work expenses such as parking, leaving employees out of pocket.

Leadership, including the CEO, appears disengaged from frontline challenges and focused only on financial gain. 

The culture is toxic, fear-driven, and profit-centred, with many employees too afraid to speak up. The promises made at recruitment about balance, support, and manageable KPIs do not match the reality.

In short: Do not work here. This company prioritises money over people — both clients and staff.

Been working here for a little over a year now and everyday is a great day! The environment and clinic is outstanding, the people are tops and the work culture is everything that you are after and more. The business is built on growth and encouraging people to make change, whilst helping them to achieve goals and succeed in both their workplace and life endeavours. The opportunity for professional development is constant and encouraged, they go above and beyond supporting staff to learn and to better themselves so that we can help our community! 

The balance between work and life is a tricky one at the best of times but it is probably the one thing that Physio Inq excels in. They encourage and promote hard work on the daily with good leadership but also know the importance of leave and taking some time to unwind and they will endeavour to make it happen.

I really like the clinic I work at-everything from the clinic itself, to the staff here,to the clientele, it all just works well. We are professional without being too uptight and clients feed off this. Unfortunately I don't feel all clinics have this same atmosphere which is sad. 

I still feel there can often be a miscommunication break down both between clinics and from management. I did feel the the newsletters helped this but seem to have stopped in the last months. I do think even fortnightly newsletters (only have to be small) would help people stay more up to date with changes to do with clinics, staffing , social events etc

Working at Physio Inq was an amazing experience, I learned and applied a lot of my knowledge, giving me the liberty of choosing among the different options to optimise the company's processes and coach the teams at every level in sales and customer experience classes created by myself. Very interesting industry and future leading market company as well.

Physioinq is by far the best company I've ever worked for. 
The clinic cultures are fun, friendly and have a welcoming vibe for both staff and patients of the clinic. 
Senior management are encouraging to staff and available to help with any issues that my arise at anytime without question.

Ive been working for Physio Inq for a few months and i find the staff to be great people. My training was really fun and easy to follow and understand. Management are easily approachable and are always willing to help. The best thing i like about working for Physio Inq is the ability to communicate with all the staff from the different clinics all over Sydney. Fun and friendly environment, highly recommended!

Physio Inq has been growing and changing a fair amount over the past couple of years. They are conscious about making things better, taking feedback on board and pushing the boundaries of innovation within the industry.

Training has been a major focus in 2017, with ambitions to provide career pathways for staff and build on the creative culture of the company.

The position seemed promising, however there has been a large influx of employees followed by a high turn over of staff. KPI targets are a little misleading.
