I always seem to be working to satisfy someone else's KPI's. The pressure to perform and meet targets results in a highly stressful working environment. This is exacerbated through long-winded administrative processes that are inconsistent across different departments who are unable to access required information because it is too difficult or the pipeline simply does not exist. Do well and no-one notices, make a mistake and be prepared for the blame and punishment. Everybody is working well in excess of normal business hours with most admin done at weekends or after hours.

Excellent global organisation. Whatever you do, it's guaranteed that you will get great experience. Pay and benefits are ok, but I know it's not so good for some, and great for some. Good work and life balance, but once again it can be not so good for some, and really good for some others.
In short there were very good things about this company, and the negatives were predominantly driven by poor management which changes over time. Overall I am thankful for the experience and working relationships I had through Philips.

Whilst the perks of free household appliances and a flexible work schedule are tenable at first, if you’re not located at the Sydney office you can expect little to no support when it comes to ensuring your clients and accounts are getting the service they require. No potential for job growth outside of Sydney

Is a totally awesome place to work.  Thr pay is great, the management is great and the perks are top notch.  You get some pretty mint bonuses.  Everyone feels like a family member in this line of work.

The team is great but management is MIA!The hardest part of the job is having to work in an environment where your efforts are never appreciated enough!

Philips is a very good company to work. Even though I was a contractor, never biased in treating as a valuable employee. I learnt a lot working there.
