What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The Management are not good people and not knowing what your role is until until you get to the location.  

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
as a staff member job culture is my Job ID

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
staff are great - but the managers and supervisors should be in the Gestapo

No loyalty from the company. They'll use you up and spit you out without any regard for your services. Doing a 14 hour shift is fairly standard and the work is extremely physical and stressful. There is no financial incentive to work like a  and
 there is no gratitude either. 

Every helpful  and kind.  the friendship towards each other is amazing.  a beautiful blend of cultures and ages.  Mostly the people attending for the day respond to the happiness show by  the staff which is extremely rewarding.

a typical day at work would start off with greeting every client thereby learning by assessing different people  with different backgrounds.
The best part would be helping my co-mates with dealing a variety of teams in security acting as a response leader for my team.

Breaks are inflexible and poorly managed as far as timing goes.    A lot of the security staff just stand around and don't pay attention to what is happening. Only one staff toilet for all the male staff.   Supervisors are not that good at teamwork.

It was a good place to work meeting new faces from different cultures could be busy at times to the point of been run off your feet by either restocking fridges or serving customers even assisting customers with inquiries.

A typical day at work would include going to the bar I was assigned to for the day, setting up the bar including making sure the fridge was stocked, making sure the cash register was set up and working and after all that, taking guests orders and serving them with drinks

I enjoyed working with perth racing when jobs were available at horse races, clubs,pubs etc and the team had a great attitude towards everyone, the work has slowed down now and I havnt worked with them for about a year

Typical day at work was sales and sponsorship for an industry I enjoyed. I learnt reporting to Boards, client presentations, negotiation skills, a great work culture..

Totally love it can't get enough. Didn't think that I'd like working in this industry.... but I'm really enjoying the opportunity.
