Very rude staff members. Not helpful towards people on a first day trial basis AT ALL. I have over 5 years experience working in hospitality and just recently moved to Australia, the level of inconsideration with these staff members is crazy. Made feel like I wasn’t good enough, there was customers waving at them for there attention, while they stood around talking it was me that had to go to the customer even though I wasn’t allowed take orders, which is ridiculous considering my experience. The staff are rude and not helpful what so ever. They shouldn’t really have a job advertising if the actual staff there are not willing to give them a chance or a helping hand on there first day. Because let’s be honest, waiting tables isn’t that hard. I probably have more experience then half of them within that business, they really should smile more and take there job seriously instead of standing around talking while customers are trying to get there attention. 

Working at Papa's allowed me to enhance my customer service skills through working behind the counter and serving customers. It also taught me how to sell a product and increase sales for a company. 

My peers were all friendly which made the day at work enjoyable. Days went quickly as the store was always busy and there was always something to do.

Some great friendly staff and some not so friendly .
Continuous cleaning, very slippery floor,  a few people have slipped and injured themselves, including me.
Not much empathy or care given.
Lots of bugs roaming around the factory no matter how much it’s cleaned.

Good people to work Owners care for there staff, 
Easy to get along with Senior Management, Approachable.
Rotation of workload, Management assist staff were need on a heavy workload, Owner very approachable listens to staff on the floor.

Good place for customers and employees, is a place when I can learn about the hospitality in Sydney, because im from Colombia when the hospitality service is different. Nice place

working there in PAPA is always a fun cause they have got better management system with good working staff. All the staffs are cooperative and helping.

The company's management is a mess. The owner will give you sweet talk and promises.
Place is dirty and most people are rude.
No hairnet and no mask required, they should get inspection.

I didn’t like work there, it was probably just me but I wasn’t happy. My colleagues were stressed and rude and I don’t know if they did that on purpose with me
