Parramatta Mission

This NGO has more policies and processes than a million dollar company. They refused to be flexible with days or hours, letting you go to private appointments was a nightmare process to approve. They dont care about who you are or what you bring, just completely focussed on filling positions desperately due to high staff turnover. Say they care for the community, yet did not support or accommodate for new workers growing in a role. Was treated poorly by staff and pushed to resign . No desire to mediate, or even show evidence that person couldnt do the job. Team leaders not necessarily experienced or qualified for leadership roles. Business run poorly as WFH model. Dont waste your time, this NGO is run by people who think you are instantly replaceable. 

Amateurs running the show. 
Burn out and can't retain staff, hence consistent recruitment drive.
Dr's generally locums - don't stick around once understand completely incompetent Management and unsafe practice taking place. Cutting corners while taking on new services before establishing current services.  
Long unpaid hours.

Management have no idea, staff safety is ZERO....CLIENTS are basically just $$$ in funding, if you voice concerns your shut dwn n then treated unfairly, miss management of clients medication, certain areas of the job had no policy or protocols, if your happy to be put at risk n be a sheep this is the company for you...otherwise steer clear

Working for this organisation gives you as an employee a sense of satisfaction as you are assisting others who are less fortunate and the most vulnerable in our society and giving back.

Great work culture; inclusive of clients and staff; highly qualified and experienced staff, management and senior management including GMs; offering flexibility where possible with operational requirements

This organisation does not care about its staff as evident by their lack of managers to save money and the general attitude that most staff have toward the org. Their care for communities is seriously questionable. Super high turnover rate! Beware!

Staff were pleasant to work with challenging work rewarding to be part of  the community sector option to gain further skills with training available .

Yelled at for being 3 minutes late. Not allowed to explain.why.
Etc etc etc
Backstabbing is rife. They dont pay according to qualifications.
Nobody knows where all the funds have gone

Good management skills,wonderful team,great training great relations with colleges ,great reception team,great guest to employee relations.
Well organised team

i really enjoyed myself and meeting new colleagues as well as clients  at parramatta mission. the environment was calm and collected and the workplace itself was so diverse.
