the most enjoyable part was no day was the same and working with pleasant co workers

Very poor management. I never worked at a place like this before. Senior managers accelerated problems instead of resolving issues. They focus on the person not the matter.
In saying that, floor staff are friendly and easy going. What a shame! Poor management could ruin a place.
Joining the team managed by an unprofessional person was the worst decision I had ever made in my career.

I thoroughly enjoyed my coworkers, I only left to broaden my horizons, and I regret leaving. I worked there for the Parramatta Eels Merchandise Store and it wasn't too bad at all.
After my previous boss was made redundant, our new manager had turned the store into something it wasn't and ruined the purpose of it.

A typical day at work on hands, team work, dealing with customers needs, making sure every thing was in good working order. Management was always available when required otherwise all co-workers helped one another. The job was not hard common sense prevail and the most enjoyable part was meeting new people and interacting with diffrent age groups.

overall a decent place to work as a gaming attendant. for a student, the pay is pretty good, and management is quite nice.

you enjoy a lot of benefits that other workplaces/employers might not give/be able to give, and management is professional.

shift times can be a killer, and sometimes customers are pretty bad, however overall it’s a decent experience. 7.5:10

Expectations can be high & at times you have to do your job aswell as someone else's.

Many avenues available, lots of variety and different opportunities. staff are able to work as a gaming attendant, in food and beverage, TAB or in guest services.

The work culture is fun and lively.
Interaction with customers is very enjoyable and work colleagues make shifts go by quickly as everyone is in a good mood.
