At papparich you are not just trained to be the worker there. You also be demanded to be able to handle big workload and to finish all of your task as soon as possible. The environment is fun and helpful colleague. The manager is very impressive at finding how to make everything works efficiently. The most enjoyable part of the job is I can relate to the customers directly when i work as waitress and making drinks as ar staff. 

The hardest part of the job maybe when you handle everything alone. There were times when the people is too crowded and as bar staff you have to make desserts, ice blended, hot drinks as fast as you can. While you are busy making all of that, other orders keep popping up. It's like racing with time and order, but I find it interesting and fun as well.

I'm not sure if it's just this particular branch of Papparich, but the work environment was simply bad. The new owner doesn't seem to know what he's doing and puts too much pressure on workers from understaffing the restaurant constantly. He also pays people with the same job different rates, irrespective of age and doesn't pay weekend penalty rates for some workers. Not worth the pay for the effort and stress you go through. At least the people who work there are nice enough, the organisation of the place is just a mess.

Face paced working environment, they would rush you if you're working slow. Bunch of things to do and responsibilities for my role, had to scoop and filter the soup from a giant pot, microwave cook frozen food, fried stuffs, clean workstation and the kitchen after operating hours, really tiring. Only 1 shift on weekdays and 2 on Sunday. Pay was low, unclocked. Staff meals provided. Interview process was really fast and easy. Kitchen crew are asians.

I have learned a lot of experiences while working at Papparich.. the team members are really kind and friendly and helpful..so I am willing to work there on feture..there are a lot of menu and dishes that I have learned to prepare and cook..but its only three months I was be worked there..I hope that I can use all the experiences that I have learned when working at Papparich on future..

Ive learnt to multitask a lot while working in Papparich , met a lot of people from different places , country . Therefor it allowed me to open up myself and interact with people around me .

not really enjoyable workplace as there are too many staff and there is no one clear picture by manager. Not to mention, the two managers often seem to conflict themselves.

Amazing place to work. although it gets really busy on some days but the staff is really hardworking. The kitchen is clean and maintains the mandatory requirements very well. 

Food for employees are provided, and it's really good. Low salary but good for part timers especially international students. 


Staffs are friendly and will guide you

The workplace is alright. People there are friendly since most of them are Malaysian. The pay is average but the manager will not double the pay on national holiday so be aware.

Pretty low pay but fun place to work due to great colleagues, can get really busy at times so can be stressful during those busy periods. But staff meals are provided
