Pancakes On The Rocks

always a pleasure working at pancakes and with my colleagues there. A normal day there is to start with allocation my staff to their section and explain them their priorities and managing  my shift and my staff, arranging bookings,serving customer dealing with problems,solving them out ,writing reports of the day, cashing up and  repot to my manager. 
i have learned to be very calm and co-operative with my team and my staff,managing,directing,controlling them, following proirities and always working hard and giving my 100% effort for the profit of the company, handling problems,solving problems,dealing with customer's issues and understanding their problems also solving it in a way to make them feel better and happy about it. i have learned that the customers are always right and i always try to sort out problems in a way that customer leaves happy,
Honestly hardest part of the job is to deal with the cutomers. but i love dealing with them and solving as it make me more confident of what i am doing and encourages me more and i feel good about it, as i am doing it in a daily basis i learn more n more. my work place is a very fun place to be in, i just enjoy working their meetings different people from different  places, learning more about people.

A wonderful place to work. You get out what you put in. Fun team environment and also given the opportunity to work over several different locations. It was never a dull work environment.

A typical day at work is you watch your boss do nothing and you will be yelled at for doing everything and making mistakes even though they're doing nothing. There's also abuse of power happening. Hardest part of the job is you every minute staying there. 

Very stressful and bad environment to work at campbelltown’Pancakes on the rocks’.Kitchen management.Got to to do everything by yourselves.
Don’t ever think of getting appreciation working there.They expect you to be perfect in all sector within 2months.They even Cut hours and put you in rush to finish the work .

It was great place to work with good team members.The staffs are really helpful and friendly. And also, the multicultural place where i can get knowledge about different country like their language, religion, food and culture. The management over there is also very systematic and organized. Happy place to work.

The management is variable depending on which branch you are working at. The pay is average but definitely not minimum wage. Pancakes on The Rocks is flexible with leave and does retain all health and safety standards.

A very good place to learn hospitality skills. 
it is usually busy, and the roles of every staff are properly specified.
many workers so, won't feel alienated.
has many branches, so opportunities for transfers is always open.

I started working at Pancakes on the rocks about one year ago as a cook and learnt various things about cooking and time management and working as a team in a busy period. And after 7 months i reached to the position of sous chef and now i conyrol my own shift.
Thanks to Pancakes on the rocks.

It was fun working near a tourist attraction, we got free food and drinks, but sometimes the managers would say contradicting things i.e. to not follow the service priorities and when you listen they say why didn't you follow the priorities.

They work around your schedule when studying and they know that your studies is the priority over the job. You get sick leave and paid holiday leave that builds up the more you work. Consistent hours.
