Palazzo Versace

The only good thing about this company is some of the staff, they are quick to blame their management team and through them under a bus to save their own neck. Unless you are willing not to have an opinion and keep your mouth closed the place is great.

My experience in Palazzo Versace was ok 

Was like normal Job. In the hospitality industry you met a lot of people from overseas different culture and the quality of the customer service is very important.

We always have training about customer services and safe training too.
I was good experience at Palazzo Versace but is time to improve my skill in the construction site .

With my almost 5 years working at palazzo Versace i can strongly say how disappointed i am in the lack of progression the place offers. when new staff come on board there is a lack of training on behalf of the management side also the management team show a lack of unity between them. Yes i have learnt a lot being there but have not moved any further from being team leader.

The Front Office staff and Concierge were fantastic really works at a high level but sadly the owner of the hotel was terrible a bunch of incompetent morons who only knew how to spend money on themselves and not invest on the hotel and staff. Happy staff mean happy guests. The owners were selfish and they deserve the hotel closing down. I just feel bad for the workers.

As management changed zero help from hr there was just alot of dodgy stuff going on and having fights with a few management teams was just draining. Would not recommend working here unless your happy with no weekend rates

6 star Hotel with high expectations from staff.
A lot of up market clients with different needs.
A busy fast paced hotel in a lovely setting on the spit at main beach Gold Coast.

A very attractive place to work, the clientele can be interesting and famous. discretion required. The uniform is fabulous. A great place for those to work who are interested in hotel management

I loved working there. You just need to believe in yourself and be active and attentive. Though the working environment is fast coworkers are very friendly they are always ready to help. Even Supervisor helps you.

Terrible work place
No money spent on upgrading office equipment
They muck guests around with bookings and their entitlements
Always creating ridiculous rules foe employees and guests.
