Most ridiculous place to work. Employees are not rewarded at all. When they want us to work in the weekend the they praise, unless they always blame you for even small mistakes, even if it's not yours they blame you.
Some of the leaders don't have basic knowledge.
And the current staff in human resource are very very unprofessional. Atleast one should expect some professionalism from HR but they don't have basic manner to treat employees. 
Not at all a good place to work.
HR is always try to get advantage.

I have worked with company as a production operator , recruited by HR, Really I like to work for long time in that multicultural environment,, but there is no space for hard workers and scientific background people, management don't value company casuals, All production, packing workers are community based, even they don't have basic knowledge and they have to improve communication, especially afternoon shift  based on supervisors ,their community people
only can be servive.

Excellent people ,workers and management, Very Happy when I used to work there,the job is fast paced  ,but ENJOYED,  Excellent supervisors(Female) she was working hard and  she will ask you to work same. Strict but fair.Trust me....they can recognize a good workers. Day shift  and I  loved, on time breaks, not like in the other industries you dont know when you will have your  lunch break.

Work there as casual.  A day or two a week.  There's not much as the environment is like a factory.  At assembly line you're not allowed to talk or even to chat with someone next to you.  Not allowed to wear even a lipstick which is i guess fair enough as we're dealing with drugs.  I can't descrive the management as we don't deal with them most of the time.  Workers need some training especially e.g. communications and interpersonal skills.

Money is rubbish..
Management don't help you, the supervisors I had didn't show me anything actually they didn't bother training me correctly and didn't bother to say anything but rather just continue to make the mistakes they trained me to make

It is easy to make friends but only superficially as there's a high turn-over rate. If you can work for long hours, don't mind the noise, little communication, repetitive work, little training, little advancement and little benefits then it might not be so bad.

I worked for Probiotec for 2 and a half years on night shift and remained casual for the entire time. They never offer full time jobs and tend to keep everyone as casuals even though I worked full time hours for the whole time I worked there. It's not a horrible place to work but tge fact that you wikk never get full time

interesting and challenging work for a newbie like me.. supervisors didnt traine their trainees well on the 1st day

nice colleagues very approachable, who help us train well in packing 

overall not to bad. analyst are great people to work with but management very disappointing. The lab is very old and safety is not very good. Analysts have no rights and very low pay compared to other companies.

8 hour days, learn skills working in a production line, work fast and hard, nice helpful people dedicated to the job, safe and clean working environment that ensure great efficiency.
