We never have enough stock or instruments staff would hide equipment as we don’t hv enough it’s a horrible stressful environment and everyone isn’t treated the same. And you hv To watch yr wages as they weren’t always correct. Also at weekend most of the time I didn’t even get a break doing 8 plus hrs. Nothing! But they still took 30 min out of my wages. The employees that weren’t honest n clicky have a totally different work experience! And ruled the place and got what ever shifts they wanted they would take 1hr  breaks n hv nice relax lunch together while I still worked, it was so upsetting n degrading and stressful for me there and affected my home life! 

Employees are pushed to every limit and treated unfair by head office where they feel like just a number and not a person that actually cares and puts in the extra hard hours and work load including always smiling and being caring and polite to patients. I loved my employment there in every department unfortunately the company did not care about how good of a worker you are and never noticed or rewarded. Also having to constantly work with old broken down computers, printers, shredders & equipment never getting updated. Then never having enough GPs on to cover the patients care and thus pushing even the drs to the limit of over stressed and over worked! The company lost all human compassion and became only about making money 

No loyalty bullying is horrendous any complaint made against company or staff by staff is met with punishment causes anxiety and stress disorders only the nasty survive extremely high staff turn over low pay next to no training and definitely no support. Always looking over your shoulder for next knife to your back. Only positive are the drs they are amazing only reason anyone stays longer than 6 months is because as soon as other employers see who you have worked for you have no chance at a new job.

Primary Health Care was an amazing place to work. I worked at Maroubra ,Chatswood, George Street ,Darlinghurst And Campsie sie Medical Centres as Treatment Room Coordinator. My excellent rapport with all doctors and patients made for an extremely satisfying working environment. 

can be a very toxic environment, doctors speak to reception quite rudley most of the time, not much support from management. 

Very stressful environment and rude patients, primary is known for always having different managers

Very supportive of family obligations and family emergencies. This is a nice place to work if you have children and may need time off. Understanding that people have other priorities.

great job for a barista the income is good and the people are very friendly, everyday duties include making coffees and food and cleaning up and making sure there is enough stock for the next day

Very fast paced. Took 150 -200 calls per person daily. Needed to be articulate when taking information from 3rd parties. 
Now Healius own medical centres Australia wide. Along with pathology labs.

Didn’t find the support of management good. Fellow receptionists were great.

The money was satisfactory. A good job for people choosing casual.
Open long hours. Customers not always polite,

Toxic working environment (2012)

Terrible management and working culture. It was all about the bottom line.

No training and poor communication and processes.
