High pressure very demanding work at the Burwood site, cleaners are not given enough time to clean their areas, the supervisors don’t know how to treat and speak to people and threaten cleaners about their jobs, pass on things to the very controlling CSM and he is very quick to give out written warning letters and fire people immediately if they don’t do as he says, I didn’t like the way he spoke to and treated staff there, always thirsting and intomidating them with kicking them out of the job, very poor management and no respect or decency towards staff who are young Sri Lankan uni students taking advantage of them

What is the best part of working at the company?
No Time limit to complete tasks .We can do it freely and other corporate employees are considerable and understanding.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Manager is not distributing tasks fairly to employee .She has no idea who's having more task and some are literally have 1st service leisure .

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Previously very bad and unhealthy but i improved the culture and environment significantly .

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Morning service followed by lunch and second service around 1 pm .

I learnt a lot of things from working in this position from security to large scale hanger maintenance i would have still continued to work with this company other than their lack of communication with there staff and their inability to deal with their terrible supervisor staff onsite that in my honest opinion have no clue what proper process to follow in important situations and fairness in the workplace.

I learned that companies need to spend more time on staff training
Companies have vast differences in management styles.
Workplace culture in some companies need to be overhauled and the clicky group culture needs to be managed differently.
The hardest part of my job was the repetition of job requirements and the expectation of the managers
the enjoyable part of my job was the travel and meeting with clients.

A typical day for me was waking up at 2 am in the morning and driving to work. From that job, I have learned to be punctual and to work fast and complete my tasks on time. The management were very strict and tough on the employees. The hardest part of the job was finishing all the work that had to be complete in the 4 hours. The most enjoyable part of the job was the sense of accomplishment I felt after finishing my hard work.

windows, pressure wash, painting, concrete repair work, anchor design, install,& testing, hauling, aid climbing high dusting, caulking....etc - 2 years in construction works - curtain walls glazing and Louvre / alloy install & bracing, stand by rescues, little electrical. supervised and managed a team of up to eight guys, all paperwork, computer skills etc.
I am really looking to advance my skills, learn new things and a change, i adapt & learn quickly, positive, hard working.

The job is great. But it is not suitable for parents. Job starts from 2am and ends at 8am. Sometimes I don't get much sleep at all. I tale my kids to school and pick them up again, sometimes I have important things to do throughout the day, I even forget to eat sometimes. But overall this job is great, just isn't suitable for me.

Great place to work but more communication would

But overall great company if you can handle the stressful environment

Very supportive management team.  I love my early morning schedule as I can do a lot of other things during the day considering that I am a student that time and a mother after work.

1 particular person in management needs people skills. Work itself was good communication good depending on who you spoke to. Unfortunately as they say 1 bad Apple can destroy the whole experience.
