Personally I think it's too hot during summer because all glass

Work environment is good and you get to meet and make friends with people from other countries 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Typical day at work chatting with the supervisor and and with friends and listening to music while working.Also there is are a lot of laughter which means the workers are enjoying the work

My job was to keep the process shed running to make sure we met customer orders and requirements. Ordering supplies, performing maintenance duties, coordinating with the Manager. We had a good workforce and enjoyed most of my time. I parted from Perfection due to a falling out with management and ill treatment. I have a lot of respect for the company itself and what they are trying to achieve. I wish Perfection well for the future.

I use to like this company because it fair enough for me to survive with my family back home and I can see management is all tough  because most people working by fairness either they know you or they don't but still they just pick on those who they really likes. If you hit the target but still they do asking those whom they like them most to come and work overtime.
But the company is doing  good with the paid.

Each day inspect, service (grease bearings etc) and setup machines for production, address any issues that arose coordinating with area supervisors. after that I'd continue with ongoing projects.

Picking the cucumbers and process planting

Pull out because it’s really hard job

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Working on time and good services 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Monday to friday on the week days

Process worker need to be physically fit to work in that environment. Shift hours depend on the demand of various customer. Demand is usually high so expected hours are 10 or more and require great amount of lifting. Salary is low in regards to the amount of work they expect you to do. With no penalty rates charged over 8 hours.

The condition is hard to get used to. Management is not easy to get along with or be seen. Traffic from Perfection at times unbearable, it was hard to plan (time wise) especially when you have a young family.

Role needed to be in Sydney due to Qld Manager being mainly in Sydney and eventually, the role was subsumed there and my role ended in the Brisbane office.

Its a good starter job, hardest part is carrying some of your work mates hard part is trying to ease some of the work load

It’s ok working in perfection I was working as a forklift and full time employee and they were ok but not that great work culture it was a stressful job and they don’t encourage you at all
