What is the best part of working at the company?
The clients. Good organisation, supportive.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The time factor between each client

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Seems to be really good. I work mostly alone but others have been supportive and professional

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy! Lots of variety and a change of client and support service daily

Can be a great company to work for, when things are going well. One downside is that your roster might have you finishing at say 4pm. But due to not being allowed enough travel time between clients, the time you finish could be closer to 5pm or even later. Also as is the nature of the business extra work can be added to your shift, even an hour before you thought you were finishing for thr day.


Pretty good work environment. Clients can be a bit harsh depending on who you meet. The staff are beautiful and management are very supportive. Work as collective and if you are injured they try to assist you to get back on your feet pretty quickly but accomodating to your needs and dr certificate 

Office staff don’t care about anything. But raking in the money. 
Even if you cancel your service you still get charged. But the field staff don’t. 
Soon as you report or question something they cut you out.  
Only good thing is meeting the clients and they are treated the same as staff.

Still the lowest pay around, even though they had said increase. Work is repetitive and nothing seems to change. Management have no idea of what workers in the front line face. Cannot keep staff, wonder why. 

I am interested in finding out what the environment is like if I continue to work at Ozcare. I have already found a few staff in the office to be very rude, taking advantage of new staff not wanting to bow down to them

Good work environment. Rewarding. Supportive. A bit lonely working by yourself all the time. Enjoyed job sharing with another nurse so we could discuss mutual clients.

Working in the community is a good feeling knowing that your supporting clients with their daily task and living. You meet a lot of different clients and it’s great flexibility.
