Teamwork and co operation with mind and spirit, working I unison with my peers and supervisors are key to success to most job applications to get the job done right and on time for hand overs. There is a good culture here with all of us getting on well. The hardest part of the job would usually be the heat in Queensland, due to working in close proximity to most ceilings at height. Labour hire companies are a waste of time and they not only are disrespectful but you have to fight to get your pay for work you completed..
Not only do they advertise fake jobs just to get people signing up but they then waste your time by not listening to your requirements 

I love working with my hands working with machines working long hours and enjoying it going home tired because knowing you have earned a hard days work I love to work to support my wife and kids

Labour Hire staff were very supportive in dealing with or about any matters arising in regards to work placement. Working for TAMS was a good experience where I got to use what knowledge I had And update some areas that you can only get working.

The company was very good with their labour hire placements. Red Appointments were as good as they could be with the jobs available. It did not worry me where I worked as I enjoyed the challenge of different tasks.

Labour hire is not consistent, Not knowing what you are doing the next day until 5pm,Early starts but the days go fast as a Dogman, every lift is different and every day is a new challenge

loading / unloading trucks, picking orders, dealing with customers ect. I enjoy working with different people and in a team aswell as on my own .
