Worked at a warehouse thru Omni recruit, they hired me fast and the process was easy had work within a week of speaking to them. I was working there just under 6 months and had taken 2 days off due to sickness with a medical cert to cover yet was let go! all attempts to contact my employer got ignored and I was never given a reason.

After hours work, often working over public holidays

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Overly casual. No dress code in place

Omni have kept me in regular shifts in many awesome venues for amazing events. The admin are caring, understanding and considerate of my needs. The venues and events are fantastic. I have even started supervisor training at some venues thanks to the admin teams efforts.

I loved all the job opportunities that I was offered while working with the recruiting company. They were very good at making sure I had work and always had someone there to talk to about any questions I might have had.

Alright pay, terrible management and supervisors specifically. Employers don't care about you and will move onto the next person in a heartbeat.

Its really nice working for a boss who cares and provides you with flexibility and has the confidence in you to get the job done. 

Would like to stay within this company until retirement. 

You will perform different roles. These various responsibilities and environments have supplemented my experience with a lot of essential skills and knowledge in life.

Casual jobs just when needed. Quality jobs in hospitality participating in events, concerts and festivals. Management sometimes doesn't pay attention to detail.
