Trouble shooting, communicating the right message and getting work done is important. What I learn is communication the same message in different forms so that community must understand.

Everyone is resourceful and willing to help other colleagues. The hardest part is when we a dealing with Huli people to resolve issues. Get out there and helping community with community support projects.

The high-paced work environment can be stressful at times, but this is balanced by a positive company culture and a willingness by management to make the difficult decisions required for the company to make progress. Huge positive social and economic impact on PNG.

Oil search which is now santos was a management skills training company it employees are now some of the best managers in our country and abroard oil search had a diverse culture and very strong safety culture ensuring all employees were safe 

It took me to start a well versed career with this Company. Listed on the ASX, this company groomed me to be who I am today. Compliance and Governance of this Company are of world class standard. My resignation was of politics but I hope to find an opportunity with this company in the future.

It's an institution where everyday is a learning place, working with PNG citizen is a mix fun yet challenging due to culture differences and work ethic background.

Have fun, share ideas and love working with different culture groups. I like to learn more new things and attent trainings and would like to work smarter and harder to increase prodcution for the company as a whole.
