I start by reviewing and prioritizing my workload, often engaging in meetings with global colleagues to align on projects and share updates. Throughout the day, I work on key tasks using our user-friendly operational systems, seeking support from team members as needed. I regularly check in on developments in other branches to stay informed and contribute to cross-functional initiatives. The day includes a mix of focused work, team collaboration, and leveraging the diverse benefits offered by the company, all within a supportive and dynamic environment.

At Oaks, I learnt to be very patient with myself. It is often easy to give up on the day's work just because some day you get physically exhausted with the amount of cleaning you do at the hotel. But at the same time there is some fulfillment in yourself once you know the job is finished, that there will be guests staying in the room you cleaned with all your might. The pay is very well as well as the whole team environement and support. The head team leader, hotel manager and supervisors are all very friendly and are willing to help out with whatever one might be facing in terms of their job or task. Overall, Oaks has been a great experience for me allowing me to obtain new skills such as team work, being detailed and organized, punctuality and well spoken communication with clients, guests and the whole team.

It is always fun and pleasure to do any job if you deeply go through it. I am also doing the same though the room attendant job is highly physical demand, I  gave my 100% in my work for the greater result so that at the end of the work I receive the award as the appreciation for my hardworking and determination. It was really great experienced over there, everyone were nice and supportive. Overall, it was a great journey.

Person can learn how to manage the time and leaning communication skills as well as basic things boost the confidence. Sometimes learn basic skills cooperation, coordination and understanding level. It is hard job but we can earn good pay. Overall, management is good but few rooms are big so sometime failure but we are tried always finish on time.

working in this hotel has increase my confidence in house keeping.the best working environment and friendly staffs.the payment is award wining and i am fully satisfied with the working environment

while have fun with all hotels staffs, all staffs love each others  and help while in need with any materials like linen, and bathrooms materials, some times I found guests in lift asweell they alwas give a positive feedbacks about our works

Excellent environment with great team members. Every people from oaks are great. they help each other in every situation and they also make sure if you are comfortable doing your job or not.

i like to work their but some of the reason i had to change city.
but i had to go sydney

working distance from my home was so far . it was too hard to go work. Atleast 3 to 3.5 hours took to reach and come back to home. That time , i didn't give time to my family.

The work is fast and required a lot of energy. The people I worked for and with were wonderful and super kind. The job itself is hard but easy once you have the hang of it
