What is the best part of working at the company?
Thr beginning when all were  on Xmas holidays and there was no egos or politics yet 😊

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Dysfunctional and non professional communications internally. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
For me it was terrible, when true support was desperately needed. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Crazy literally non stop until my short lunch or home time

Fast Paced - Culture around Safety still needs a lot of work in the Southern Region - A lot of interstate travel in the southern region position.
Branch Management still needs to take responsibility for Safety and not rely on the Safety Advisor.
Enjoyable challenge

Every morning there is a morning meeting to tackle the incoming daily activities, have a family culture where mateship/ helping each other exist all the time, hardest time is when it is so busy amd need to hit the schedule target. Team socialization where you can feel that there is no higher/ big position treated as equal.

no day was ever the same, can be flat out or quiet but that was the industry, 
from day one we all worked as a small family  until it got bigger and more products, everyone got on well and was a fun environment to work in.

duties ranged from answering the phones, to email inquiries, to logistics, always reports to do on a daily basic, scheduling toilet runs, portable building orders, ordering parts,

Hi lm jo  we had a football at for a kicks.  what l have learned were you are work  to get your job done. and in a safter way and your co works are all safter to that is a great day at work.  The hardest part of the job is you got to go home.  the enjoyable part of the job is meeting peaple and help with there shopping.  And they have had a injoyfool shopping day.

Limited progression opportunities within this organisation which has a poor operational platform with which the sales team have to work with. Marketing platforms for the sales teams are poorly created and mostly irrelevant.

The management team. They have no strategy.

The culture is poor at best, with a high staff turnover,

Less salary too much work and toxic atmosphere management doesn’t cooperate and WA is treated as seperate entity. Too much politics n management doesn’t account the difficulties staff has only says they are super bz

worked at onsite rentals for 3 years in a very busy period over 3 different locations.. 

enjoyed working there and keep in touch with staff to this day, left to wanting to leave remote work.

Onsite used to be a great company with the best people and morale. The management has ruined that. Not looking after there employees only there pockets
