I had moved from the south to Newcastle Upon Tyne, to enable me to continue working I took a security job. The shifts were 12 hours on a six day / night turn around. The supervisor was very inexperienced and was not one to listen to advice from his work force. Higher management were good, especially the Operations Manager. The hardest part of the job was the long hours (6 x 12 hour shifts). The co-workers had been in security most of their working lives and were happy to stay at the level they had reached and were not too ambitious. This would not have been my first choice of jobs, but it did allow me to earn a living.

Was Tuped over had no choice but to work for this company,Had to carry lazy staff ,Who knew the job but choose not to do it ,Sat on their phones ,The audits were not done correctly building was filthy on the.lazy side ,Fowl mouth staff ,Expect a supervisor to be paid less than domestic staff, Management do not care  about staff ,Think all cleaners are simple , Expect everything from you and Management do not want to manage staff.

Work / life balance terrible, management doesn't care... If your sufering doing the diabolacle shift patterns, that causes you health issues over time they don't care they find someone else to replace you.
You ask for holiday but not given. they say not enough staff to cover you. 
Staff always leaving. 
You get paid less than the cleaners but you do mentaly and physicaly more demanding. 
The worst company. If you value yourself and your health avoid this job. 

I was tuped over from. Interserve
The people that run the contract who. Aren't sia. Licenced. That are in charge of security don't really help the contract the supervisors. And. Managers. That have sia licences. Sort. Of. Have there hands tied on things so. Can't blame them. pay isn't that good but never missed. The pay date and the pay cycle is annoying. With the cut. Off date. That can make some over time. Shifts seem pointless 

Management don't care about staff and only speak if they need to, hid away in their offices all through covid
Supervisors are absolutely clueless , try to tell you how to do your job when they haven't even done it themselves especially the clown in charge of laundry at ipswich hospital 
They constantly get peoples wages wrong then make you wait til the following month for what they owe you
Avoid , they are shocking 

Turned up for interview at required place.Waited 35 minutes .Asked some people do they know the person who is supposed to be there, no joy with that. Got home and contacted them only to be told someone was there and i wasn't . Someone not being honest If they think i want to waste 2 hours of my time and petrol to just be mucked about this is not the sort of company i want to work for

I work for this company for 6 months 
Never had any problems they let the team do all online courses which were really good 
Pity the site closed or I still be there working for the
Area manager  was great and problems we had he sorted them out for us within a few days of being connected  food orders all got to us in plenty of time
