nothing imagine al heads holding a flushligths checking each and every corner and no consideration to crew.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
the most stressful are the heads can manage to do system about their inspection but cant manage to do system to make the job easier imagine you handling 22 cabins and most of them are 3 or 4 pax cabin,no days off and gratuity is going straight to company not on the crew but they telling to the guest that is going straight to the crew.

NCL company is a good company. They a fare salary and good accommodation and facilities. such as crew dining,laundry, and recreation. managements onboard is good, they are polite and soft spoken. however they need to improve more regarding crew assistance.

I love working at NCL in over all. I wish i could go back once this pandemic ends. In NCL, i have learned how to give great customer service internal and external. My company is very responsible and motivative to all crew. We were all taken care if during thi covid19 crisis. I will always choose NCL for my bread and butter.

Norwegian cruise line is the best and luxury cruise ship  in the world. I was learning a lots of things from NCL. However There is particularly need to change f&b service department to improve and give facilities with one month at lease 02 days off day. I have to concern this matter to the NCL management. 

As a crew member of Norwegian cruise Line ltd., we worked everyday and there a times for leisure or shore leaved. Biodiversity is big aspect in our industry ,the company help us to find a way to understand each other towards a guest service satisfaction.we always loved to travel.
