Interesting company, according to the website they have been in the industry for years - would question the validity of this as they are very immature in process, practice, principles, and culture. Poorly trained management team and questionable decisions around high level staff members appointed. Duty of care to participants was of grave concern, incidents were not reported or corrective actions put into place. NDIS safeguarding commission was privy to recent events regarding the (lack of) diligence of this company. No organisational values, no cultural identity and no prospects for anyone wanting to work for a provider that makes a difference. Very worried about anyone putting trust into Nextt to look after a loved one or a member of their family whom is vulnerable or in need of support - my last choice would be this company and with very valid reasons. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Lack of communication,  training and response to calls regarding participants and issues

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No reply to calls and follow-up emails 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
participants are wonderful and they too are disappointed in last minute notifications and changes and unable to fill the shifts.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Driving from one location to another at least 35 kms away.  In other words driving all over the country side for minimal pay.  Pay rates are unsatisfactory for supports that are required.

My role in management came with constant demands and a high level of stress. Expectations often changed with little notice, which made job security feel uncertain and unstable.

While there were some positive aspects, such as working alongside dedicated colleagues, the overall culture placed a stronger emphasis on maximising profit rather than ensuring the delivery of quality supports. This often left staff stretched thin and struggling to meet expectations.

It was a valuable learning experience, but ultimately not a sustainable environment for long-term wellbeing.

Nextt appears to be a well run company on the surface. Wrong. 
They are profit driven, have lost sight of client needs and have no care for staff wellbeing. 
The staff turnover is huge from all areas and regions of this company, including the CEO ‘jumping ship’
The workplace culture is unsupportive and staff expectations are ridiculous. 
I don’t know how they’ve survived the audit process or avoided a serious incident occurring. 
Staff are left to ‘figure things out for themselves’ with no support or back up. 
I don’t even need to mention the low pay rate. 
Steer clear. There are better run, more professional and ethical companies out there. 
Worst company I’ve ever worked for. 

I enjoy working at Nextthealth, the shifts are flexible and the people who I speak with in the office are friendly and always accommodating and very resourceful. They always understand and help our when you have a particular client query etc. As you work alone for 99% of your work it can be a little lonely and even though you are interacting with your clients, its not the same as a co-worker relationship. The hardest part of this job is sometime seeing clients who are living at home, and barely fending for themselves, you just want to be able to do more for them, but that would be overstepping the bounds of your job.

Very nice shift schedule team to work with. 
Usually match client and worker well.

Respect worker and treat them friendly , culture safe place , no colour no race discrimination.
Supply PPE at work place.

Supply frequent online training for employee with same rate work pay.
Update social media needs on time during Covid-19.

Customer relationship manager sorts check up feedback from clients often. Easy for workers to get further suggestion for better connection with clients.

Support  employee counselling after an incident.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with nextt group I was recently refused a job opportunity with them despite having previously worked with the company. What’s even more frustrating is that they didn’t provide any clear explanation as to why I wasn’t considered for the role. Transparency is key in any professional relationship, and I feel like this lack of communication reflects poorly on the company’s values. I would have appreciated at least some feedback or clarity regarding their decision. my experience with nextt group is very very bad. I will not recommend any staff to go with them

Most people enter NDIS work from a place of compassion and a willingness to serve. But when the office staff are too busy to call back frontline workers dealing with the community's most vulnerable, eventually that stress gets absorbed. 
Despite their best intentions, this organisation doesn't have the boots on the ground to look after both the clients and the workers at the same time.
