Good managers, seem harsh at first but over time you realise they're just like that because they juggle a lot and they just to teach you the right way and to just help you in a way that would be effective. It is a good workplace with good work colleagues, good vibes, most of the time and good salary, worth the work we do. We are treated well, the hardest part for some people is just putting aside their egos and just listening to what others have to say instead of quarreling and going back and forth. But other than that I learnt a lot from this workplace, kind of regret leaving but it was a very good experience for me.

Next Logistics is a 3PL provider in E-Commerce logistics, servicing over 100 customers, a very fast paced orgainsation.

I was asked to develop and train Customer Service Team, Account Managers, for Work Instructions, Operating Procedures and Safety Policies.

I have enjoyed the challange, unfortunately it is only a 3 month contract which has no further requirement to be extended.

Working this company, I felt this place very unorganised and doesn't function for new people and doesn't give structure training for starters except read stuff and hope for the best kinda mislead in job title when they add Junior etc when especially doesn't structure their own site how system works it good somewhat 

The management sucks, the pay sucks, they overwork people, the CEO is selfish and unfair, it’s all in all a terrible place to work at. The people in charge can be rude (not all of them) and it’s just not a positive place to work in.

Honestly no need for a whole paragraph, just don’t work there. Everything’s on life support

Just don’t trust the admins

there was the promise of 5 full time permanent positions after the christmas period out of 20 new hires no one got a full time position and the promised 2 weeks worth only to be told we were "done" in 9 days

A day of work at Next Logistics consisted of a fast paced, productive environment and the team there were always friendly and happy to help each other with the work given.

working in a warehouse is a good job to do it is repetitive work sometimes but good most people are really nice and would help you if asked

Not for the faint hearted but a great place to work. Definitely challenging at times but a place with a great team all round makes the hard work worth it.

The place is full of people with diverse backgrounds and full of energy with an open and understanding management. Three breaks during the day. Great pay!
