Main points, (otherwise I won't finish)
- low pay/ over worked in time frame
- warehouse manager that got no input in the warehouse.
- bad hiring choices 
- bad management with Boss's not answering calls for days
- heavy lifting with no support
- if something went wrong, job was constantly threatened even if you where willing to fix mistake 
I would highly advise not going into a warehouse role unless you are after low pay and want to get worked into the ground.
In saying this all, I have found a new warehousing job that my input in listened too and great work life balance with management so there are better jobs out there.

Open emails and sort through priorities.
print all job files and quotes. 
attend to all  extras and shortages, batch checks. 
create manifest for the next day deliveries.
call all the site supervisors and discuses deliveries
filing paper work.
attending to expired delivery dates and back order report.

I loved Working at National Tiles and the team there was great and a fun place to work for. 

the hardest part of my job was explaining to staff indent and discontinued items for there customer to re select.

at a store level things will always seem fine, but once higher management/interstate management get involved everything becomes high pressure, placing blame on staff for subpar results. 
customers can be absolutely rancid and entitled at times, speaking down to you and yelling down the phone instead of discussing their concerns, but occasionally you'll get a few who really appreciate your efforts. 
overall - definitely read other reviews before accepting a job with this company. 

was quaite differant job for me at the begining.Had to deliver oders of tiles and carpets and also to load, unload the stuff and to do arange in the whearhouse too.Management and the stuff information and feedback were clear while I was working at the whearhouse.no issues.really enjoy all the timeat the shop

Management were atrocious. Way too many chiefs and not enough Indians, and a lot was expected from those few Indians. Work culture was great, salary was okay but for the amount of work they expected you to do, the salary should have been higher.

Digusting place to work for.
Bosses do not care about staff, allow 21 year olds too immature, to run a team of older people, did the dirty on customers, ripped customers off & lie to them. Dumped contract people 5 days before Christmas.

Busy at times, I learnt the MYOB system, hardest part was remembering all the codes for tiles, grout etc.Most enjoyable part of the job was talking to the regular customers and getting to know what they order more of and just catching up to see how their day was going.

I’ve learned more about a different trade, 
Whilst learning about different tiles and the process for laying of tiles including glues, tools and grout to give customers the best way to complete their job.

Awesome work environment, Great people, and great training.  They really make sure you have a great induction so you know what you’re doing. Ongoing support and everyone is super friendly.
