I'm an employee of Infosys ltd and  work a as a Test engineer for National Australian Bank from Offshore location(Mysore  India). I do functional testing mainly web testing and database testing. I reach work by 9 AM and most of my days start with meetings with my team mates who are located in Melbourne. We discuss about all the issues and tasks to be done for the day. 
     I had worked in a team of 3 members to a team of 12 member's. Most exiting part of my work is analyzing various systems and applications and making sure its working as planned. Defects are logged otherwise and are investigated to fix the issues.
     Key takeaway for me at end of everyday is how strong I'm becoming day by day professionally and personally , tackling all the issues coming my way.

Do not work here. It is not worth the burn out. stressful work, along with bad management. People who should be assisting you within the role, speak condescendingly, down to you. The whole call centre needs a restructuring. Favouritism, and VERY hierarchical.  Many employees, including management within this sector are just sometimes even unprofessional and rude. NAB will rearrange and rewrite the stars for students who are still studying. Which is great BUT just be aware that the same treatment doesn’t apply with family. No level of respect is also maintained. 

You are valued only by the sales you produce. Wallet perving is expected and adding products was automatic. They keep everyone casual so they can dismiss you easily. When you don't hit a target even once you are made to feel guilty. I asked to be up skilled for years, did training I want required to so I could prove I was committed and only ever had false promises. If management doesn't like you they push you harder in hopes that you resign. That didn't happen to me personally but I saw it multiple times.

The bank advocates flexible working arrangements and is proud for its high level of employee engagement. Pay level is not the most competitive unless the role is in hot demand, such as digital, tech architect, developer, etc. Senior management are generally clear in strategy and goal setting, but at times are challenged by establishing suitable operating model for delivering the targeted performance.

whilst working at NAB i was trained in accordance to the positions i was required to work in therefore gained many skills that i can bring forth into my next job.  I was accepted and completely comfortable working with some amazing people. Overall a great experience.

* I basically grew up with the International Payments team and I have learnt only good things.
* Despite working in a busy environment and always on your feet every day was a satisfaction. 
* I loved what we gained. It was satisfaction of resolving a case.

Apart from whatever is mentioned in the resume, I enjoyed a lot with the international atmosphere and friendly co-workers. There is mutual respect and learning amongst all team members. Not to mention the fun weekends with colleagues and Australian weather!

Pressure, pressure , pressure to sign people up to credit cards, home loans, car loans, personal loans….  anything to take their money. Didn’t care for their staff or customers, a real disconnect between management and staff. No job satisfaction at all. Do not recommend 

I loved working in the Corporate section.  The team is amazing and welcoming.  Everyone is hard working but takes the time to make work an enjoyable place.

NAB has been a great learning experience for me where i learnt  about technology and management. Integration of so many technologies is really challenging which is fun and makes you learn more
