I worked in a small team playing a unique role in the organisation offering specialised services to very complex clients with high risk profiles facing complex challenges including duel diagnoses, homelessness, substance abuse and aggressive behaviours.
As a front line staff member I worked both as receptionist and cashier
directly responsible for the management of some 400 face to face client attendances a week. 
I learned flexibility, maintaining sensitivity,discretion and a professional manner in handling difficult and complex enquiries and issues,and to support a culture of quality customer service in the organisation.

Company had a good life work balance approach. They offered lots of team building events throughout the year. Being in a foreign country, the office culture was different and unexpected at times but overall morale was high. Upper management had frequent staff meetings throughout the year to present company goals and accomplishments to all employees. There was a general sense of pride in all departments.

Kitchen work is a combination of team. Every one perform there job efficiently to avoid hazard at work place. Management has to be bit strict to maintain quality of food and presentation. the most hardest part of the job is busy service time. On the other hand most enjoyable
part is after finished the busy service time without any complain or hazard.

Establishing new and retaining existing business - always thriving.
Great team environment, a lot of experience and mentoring from senior management.

Provided distribution supply chain as well as communicated, negotiated, and tracked and analyzed data. My job tracked movement and storage of raw materials, work in progress inventory, and finished goods from origin to consumption while maintaining customer service with supplier and consumer.

Being in contact with people makes me happy and the work is done in a much more simple, even after many problems that can be encountered in any type of work.
Were a team and if the team is good all the rest is wonderful.
In life, every day we learn something new.

I took the opportunity to go and play and coach cricket in NSW, Australia. Although not a paid role, my flights, accommodation and equipment were all paid for. This was really a once in a lifetime experience that I am pleased I took the risk to do.

A workplace with friendly and helpful colleagues and it was very interesting to learn about registration procedures and legislation on healthcare practices.
