Nice and close to home.
The work is repetitive and boring at times.
If you want to be used with setting up a practice for accreditation and being there in the peak season for flu clinics then being dismissed for attempting an eye site check in a blue book, this job is if you.
If you like micromanagement, this is for you.
If you like no autonomy this job is for you.
If you like replacing reception due to the company being stingy in hiring a second receptionist this company is for you.
If you like picky management complaining about petty things like one employee leaving their sandwich on the lunchroom table, this is for you.
If you like monthly performance appraisals with no feedback, this is for you.

Got 4 days  full training in 1st week, and been told which place will be working. 2nd week and the rest was working individually, only call manager when you find difficulties because you only work by your self.
- Be aware using your own money without getting pay back. 
- Be aware get an offer to relocate around the Suburb and starting going around the Suburb.
- Lack of communications
- Two faces manager, nice at front of you but stab on your back
In the end they will kick you out without any notice and got the blame you are not good enough, never been told what you need to improve or fix, back then they only trained you 4 days. Lol




My time at Myhealth was okay, I found it to be slow paced and upper management hard to deal with. Emails are answered at a really slow pace if at all, and usually not answered in the way you need it to be. They also have no HR department to speak to if you needed it. I enjoyed some of the teams I worked with, but it varies centre to centre as some local partners are horrible and can be horribly managed and unorganised. The pay is also shockingly low compared to other companies. 

Had a young girl as an office manager micro managing and bullying. I have a great work ethic and quick learner. She seemed threatened by tgat so had nothing nice to say about me to the area managers.
She left me on my own with 3 Drs and a nurse fully booked.

Instead of adequate support, fairness in judgement and professionalism towards this issue they fired me and same issue with the employee before me. 
Would never recommend this company in QLD.

I have been working with Myhealth for over 7 months now and can confidently say it is by far the best company I have ever worked for.  The CEO and Management are all genuine and friendly people, all willing to help and extremely understanding.  The culture and support is fantastic and you can see that everyone has genuine intentions to provide the best workplace for all staff. Highly recommend!

I work between a few different locations and enjoy the variety & fast paced environment. The doctors and team are great to work with. Working through COVID has been challenging with all the changes , but overall it is a great role.

Went through a traumatic experience and had to take a few days off, management immediately decided to start discussing terminating my contract, and seemed to decide I wasn't worth keeping if I had a big personal life problem.

Good company to work within, diverse backgrounds and interesting , varied workload. Considering my experience and qualifications the pay was poor which became my reason to leave.

I had seen so many staff changes once your probation period is due for review they always fire you you never see full time cause they keep changing staff

workers undermine new staff and make them feel unwelcome, avoid at all costs. Management don't care what goes on there as long as they receive a pay check and certainly don't care about staff or patients
