My day starts by printing out of client caseloads and appointments booked for the day.  Activity timesheets are then entered with comments and sent to main office in cairns.  Client liasions on a daily basis in relation to attendance for employment and WFD.  Communicate with Host Employers, Current and Potential Employers.  Job Referrals and placement follow ups.  Daily communications with clients, both in house and remotely.  As a team my co-workers and myself assist each other daily when dealing with caseloads/clients, organisation and time management skills are a neccessity when dealing with daily deadlines.

Hardest part of my job is being away from my family/partner on a weekly basis.

Best part of my job is the experience and skills that I have learnt and continue to broaden my knowledge with the My Pathway Oganisation.

I love working with My Pathway and all colleagues.
I have learned life lessons and many have made me stronger and more professional in everything I do even personally.
Management and Colleagues with authorisation have always shown and given advice on advancing my career even as a junior staff member senior staff would always help where they can always encouraging to go further.
Working with everyone at My Pathway has always been a comfortable working environment and I have never ever had an issue.
The most enjoyable part of the job was coming to work and seeing everyone have fun at what they do.

This company is amazing to work for great people, management and hours,
Every night is a challenge to be meet 
Every night is different 
Some nights the Shopping Centre is great easy cleaning then other nights the place is trashed but the night crew cleans it to a high standard

My colleagues were all  friendly and helpful. 
The supervisors and managers supportive and fair. 

Workloads and KPIs were quite reasonable and achievable. 


This is the job a started since I was 7 years old. Going out with my dad, brothers and uncles. Learning from them, made me a real sea man. I ain't scared of whats under ocean floor. 
There are lots of great divers and experienced. Watch closely and learn.

Mt ommaney sopping Centre there is nice culture to learn about them new friends instead of speaking to people that are cousins that you could speak with other people other cultures.


Got good experience for landscapes and communication with others well good in helping others also reliable and always on time and never misses work and prepared for next jobs
