I am just coming up to 12 months with the company and find them a terrific company to be with. 

They provide so many opportunities to learn, grow and develop your skills if you want to get better in your role. They also provide you with challenges that makes you think and keeps things interesting.

They are extremely supportive of family life and very flexible should emergencies happen that you need to take time off.

I look forward to my own personal development and growing more within the company.

I see this as an organisation you could be with for a very long time.

I started in the company as a membership consultant. In this company the directors firmly believe in promoting within and they paid for all my studies which enabled me to grow through the company. I would not be in the position I hold today without their faith and mentoring provided within the organisation. I have watched the company grow to new heights and have very much enjoyed going along for the ride. I look forward to what the future holds as MMH is growing rapidly.

Been with the company for 18 months and started in their membership division and now been promoted to a finance specialist. The company paid for my training and courses and all my ongoing training to succeed in my role. They pay a very good salary,especially when i had no experience in finance. Most other companies i know only pay their finance people on commission. Great company to work for.

I have been working with MMH for nearly 4 years now and I can highly recommend it as a really great place to work. All the staff blend and pull together to help each other reach the same goals. It's a friendly and relaxed atmosphere...always a good vibe in the office.

The management are always available to help and answer questions: they are very hands on and very approachable.

All you need is willingness and good work ethics to make progress within this company.

this job out of all the jobs i have had is easily my favorite. everyone is so friendly and it is a very relaxed environment to work in. i can finally say i love going to work everyday. the job is very rewarding and management would also have to be the best Ive witnessed. I'm more than happy to say i'm an employee at My Money House and i hope i am here for a very long time.

Constant disrespect and embarrassment in front of other staff. Sheepish tactics. Drop you as quick as they can. Bad training bad telemarketing. Worst place ever. Expect appointments from telemarketing then get abused when you cant. No warning of a termination just "no shifts". Don't waste your effort its too stressful. Always hiring and always firing.

My Money House take care of their staff and acknowledge the hard work they put in. Although the work isn't for everyone, I have built so many skills in my short time working here. I actually enjoy coming into work everyday, everyone is so friendly and the environment is very positive. The work can be stressful, however extra training and support is always on offer.

They throw you into training without explaining the company and what they do expecting you to memorise a 2 page script in 4 hours of training then fire you if you don’t. Plus the big boss shows up at some point and basically tells you he has no problem firing people.

An easy going workplace culture that rewards proactive behavior and hitting targets with a generous bonus. Management are always available to help you in succeeding in your role. 

As I had just Gotten back into the work force after having my Children. I was not sure how I would go with the computer part of the job. But the Training was fantastic and on going. I have received a lot of bonuses for just doing my Job the K.P.I are very reachable.
