You'll get to know your regulars and depending on the staff you might have a good team

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Headoffice, they'll have too many unqualified people come through the store and bark demands at you but won't be capable of doing it themselves. You don't get paid on time it's all over the place, if a customer complains or a fake customer complaint is put online you'll get abused through the group chat, they don't train the staff properly you kinda have to train yourself on how to use equipment and make drinks so everyone has a different way of doing things, coffee machines break alot and take forever to get fixed, you can't msg whoever is in charge on weekends they'll abuse you etc the list goes on.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Nasty and like everyone is out for themselves, it's really not a team environment 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Crazy you'll have a morning rush and then that's it it'll go dead and be boring so they expect you to scrub the store or do gardening

Muzz Buzz is a very friendly work environment, although at times it can be a very pressuring job as you have to try work in the fastest pace for the costumers. I have learned a lot of communication skills as im involved with costumers daily. I have learned to work in a fast pace and to handle complications in a fast time frame. The co workers at Muzz Buzz are very friendly and easy to work with. The hardest part of the job is the management of the place, as rosters are sent out saturday/sunday for the following week and the pay is regularly late. The most enjoyable part of the job is interacting with the costumers.

Worked at a few muzz buzz's around Perth and it wasn't fun. They expect you to work alone on most afternoon shifts and that's when it's very busy but they are too cheap to pay more for another staff member to be on shift. The Managers have favourites and give all the hours to people they like best and it was just a very corrupt and antisocial place to work in Perth. Franchise owners only want money and don't care if you are stressed working alone or there is an issue at work between staff members. Only positive was making drinks and eating food.

Coworkers are amazing, always great chatting to coworkers and regular customers. Management is not the greatest, they are not very hands on but expect very much, staff are often expected to work double shifts. The general work environment is great, very fast paced and hands-on. Minimum wage but given generous Christmas bonuses. Allowed free drinks (within reason) when working and a 30% food discount when on shift, 50% off drinks when not working.

Had an issue with a new owner taking over where he was making inappropriate comments to staff and making them feel uncomfortable. When this issue started to get out of hand the staff took the issue to HR and they were not interested and pretty much stated all they cared about was the stores making money and as young staff we are lucky to have jobs. A joke of a company do not work here. Also over my 4 years of work there I would have breaks taken out of my pay  and never actually got breaks.

Working at Muzz Buzz is great as you develop friendships with customers and staff.
The hardest part of the job would be being put under pressure whenever there is a rush at a store but the most enjoyable part would be getting along well with other team members and management.

Really enjoy working here, great staff and great customers, fun making friends with regular customers however the management was not great. However, perfect job if you're a student and can work around your school hours

A typical day of work consists of taking customers orders and creating relationships with them. Cleaning as you go is very important, as it putting the customer first! The management at muzz buzz is very organised and fair. The job is super easy and very chilled out. The most enjoyable part is working with girls my age

I worked here for a couple of years. The mornings were quite busy and went quickly. During the day/afternoon could be a bit slow and boring. Couldn't stand when head office regional manager would come sit in the store, was annotyabd in the way when you're running backwards and forwards in a small space. Other than that is a good position.

Loved every minute of my time at muzz buzz. It's so fun easy and just a great job to be able to do . Making juices and coffee is easy and simple to learn. Plus exercising customer service skills are a massive plus also
