Great 24/7 support from area managers, and from all in head office. The owner of the company is very much involved in all areas of the company, and we often see and meet with him to bring fresh ideas and feedback to enhance our fantastic company. Respectful and professionalism at all times. 

Fantastic indoor and outdoor environments filled with beautiful resources.  Amazing and dedicated staff who support each other. Beautiful families and children. 

Mulberry Tree and Indigo is a wonderful company to work for. I feel very supported by management and have had lots of opportunities to learn and progress in my career. A typical day would be in the office doing general weekly admin jobs, collecting children from school, working together with the team of educators, supporting them to have a bright and happy day, educate the children and support the families. The best part of my day is all the lovely smiles we see!

I have the most genuine and beautiful experience working with children and as a manager with mulberrytree. They take pride in valuing each employee and have may professional developments throughout the year. The children we care for never budge from being number 1 on our list. The company always finds ways to improve and provide their employees the tools to do so as well.

Routines are very similar throughout all the centres which is helpful for all staff to know what is expected from them. Have appreciated the opportunity to progress through multiple roles within the company and further my own knowledge of the industry. We have so many long-standing staff, I love when we go to mid-year and end of year events and get time to see everyone.

I love coming to work each day. Always fun and we have a great team, which I feel gives the parents and children a warm welcoming into the centre. The door is always open should I need assistance, which is a nice feeling.  
Some days are busy and can be stressful during moments, but a caring team makes all the difference. 
I LOVE the end of year staff events. A great to end the year :) 

Great company to work for, I have worked here for 8 years and have really enjoyed my time here, from the floor staff to head office everyone has great relationships and is one big family. we get to do team bonding events to spend time together outside of work and also have staff appreciation every 2 months.

Mulberry Tree Childcare is a supportive and fun workplace! Staff appreciation is always a top priority with a healthy work/life balance. There is support from Centre and upper management, with the Area Managers knowing each staff by first name. There are opportunities for career progression with Management positions mostly hired internally.

Mulberry Tree is the best company I have worked for. We work together through different centres. All of head office know everyone's name. We do teambuilding trips each year that let us collaborate and branch out to other centre and build relationships. Bi Monthly staff appreciation. Flexible, collaborative and a great work life balance.
