i loved working with village roadshow when i first began, they have taught me many things such as, how to deal with difficult situations, cash handling, how to up sell and extra customer service skills. however i don't believe management works as a team with their staff, the hardest part of my job is dealing with upset customers when we cannot meet their needs, we often get an angry guest that we cannot please or their request cant be met. Although we do try do improvise sometimes the customer leaves on a bad note. The most enjoyable part of my job is seeing how excited kids get when they see batman and being able to give out prizes to these wonderful children. The smile of their faces while they are at movie world is priceless. I love being able to make a families day. I do wish management would listen to their staffs ideas and needs but sometimes the hard working staff get pushed to the side.

Interesting experience for myself as an artist.
Before joining in on this work experience I had already started Special Effects and joining Movie World Fright Night for a short while really taught me a lot of new things.
Friendly and fun environment, I met plenty new people and talking with the people I was working on was a lot of fun.

great bunch of guys to work with when the work is there, it is and always will be a very Casual Job in terms of employment. as its like seasonal work only there when they need someone. I recommend having a permanent job else where. DO NOT rely on this job to keep you going day in day out.

Was met with people from all over the world, really helped me learn how to communicate effectively and connect with many different kinds of people from many different cultural backgrounds.

Working for Movie World Fright Night was a fun and enjoyable experience that I wont ever forget. By working there I learnt so much that will help me in my future career option.

Helpful staff, nice management. A fun place to work because everyone is always happy and cheery, they give you lots of jobs to do to keep you busy without making it stressful, they make you feel relaxed and encouraged to do a good job. 

People are good work is mundane pay is horrible but the free park entries can be used to your own advantage however need to work up hours to be able to get passes for friends or family 

You get to meet a great range of different people. You get free theme park tickets which is awesome so you can go whenever you like and bring your family and friends with you

Its a very busy place to work and I have learned practically everything in the food and beverage side of things but I would like to move to retail and they don't have many opportunities.

It is the Best place i have worked, for me is not a job for me it is fun, best crew members, beat supervisors everyone is very kind and helpful, best environment , great pay, awesome training.
