Montezumas

At first, while working at Montezuma's, it was scary due to the fact that is was my first job. But quickly, my dad and my brother made me feel welcome and so did the other excellent employees. A typical day at this workplace was always different and I always learned many things while at the restaurant. One of those things was learning how to use the dishwasher and also make a few meals while at this restaurant. The hardest part of the job was keeping focus while it was busy and the plates are flying into you stacking up. Most enjoyable part of the job was finishing a pile of dirty plates and then watching the cooks develop meals for the customers, which gave me an experience of it which led me on to my second job at McDonald's.

Montezuma's is awful! The worst management I have ever seen. I worked there for 6 months and didn't get put into the formal roster or computer login for 4. The pay was awful. Hours were long and we didn't get breaks. Stress through the roof. The most unsanitary restaurant (the kitchen is whipped down with water at the end of the day-no sanitation done, tables the same, floors never swept, water bottles never refilled-they just sit their collecting dust and are then given to the customers, cockroaches etc.). Illegal activity, harassment. DO NOT WORK AT MONTEZUMA'S!!!! They treat their staff awfully and on top of all of that it took them after 3 months of working there to finally pay me $7.50 an hour. I couldn't have gotten out of there quicker.

Every time I went in to do a shift I was excited and got to work early so I could catch up with the friends that I had made and they are all so lovely. I learnt a lot about Mexican foods and some tips on waitressing. The hardest part of the job for me was learning all the food and drinks as I was also behind the bar making margaritas. The most enjoyable part of the job was making loads of friends and to see the joy on people's faces when I brought out their food.

Relax environment, work place is good and manager too. 
Kitchen is getting on track since they open a month a go. It’s a bit messy and slow, sometimes orders come out wrongly , but I think it’s a matter of the kitchen staff to getting used one to each other . 
Coworkers are good even though in my opinion it is not well organised and so sometimes evyrone is doing everything and nothing at the same time. Should be good to have assign tasks and areas 

I helped out there only a few times. It was fun and very educational. I learnt how to talk with customers, and try to make them fell best in the enviroment. I learned how to use thier cash register as well. I learnt a lot about saftey in a work enviroment. Overall, it was a great place, with really nice staff as wel.

A typical night at montezumas consists of excellent customer service and full team work from the kitchen and the waitresses. I've learned how to handle a busy work environment and how to handle different sticky situations with customers so they walk away happy. I enjoy working at montezumas, and being around a welcoming team of co workers.

There is (most of the time) always something to do, whether it be in the kitchen or on the floor. During my time here I have not once been bored. 

Co-workers were also friendly and easy to get along with nor have I ever felt personally attacked.

hired and trained for 3 days worked a shift and never contacted again with work unpaid and emails ignored don't think your hired even after your given a uniform and have worked a shift

My boss was incredible with firm beliefs and standards that kept me on my feet. There was always something to do and the interaction between staff and also customers was a lot of fun.

all round 100% great  , great people and great food. very reliable people and if your struggling the team will pick you back up. other than that would prefer this job to Mexican lovers out there
