What is the best part of working at the company?
Best thing the staff working at Mondelez Croydon . Besides that, the company only cares about profits and targets, you are just a number. There's a completely lack of support from the managers, no feedback, they don't listen to suggestions or ideas to make the workplace better as according to them there's no budget. No career progression as most of the people in the office or managers are friends of somebody. The staff is treated as disposable. No matter how much experience you have or time spent working with them, it's not enough to pursue a different role.

Dealing with management, waste of time

Friendly staff, no work culture at all

Hit target, it's the only thing that they care

The best company with the best people, co operative co workers and teamwork is high valued. I learned more ideas about packing, labelling and staking boxes in pallets.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
In this company, I found co operative line leaders and co workers,  teaching me new ideas about the job. It was manageable to perform that's why there was no stress at work.

The environment was great for everyone working in this company, respecting everyone's culture and  diversity. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A day with  enthusiasm, willing to work and hopping for the best for everyone.

I enjoy my day although it is so busy starting with 24 hours production planning, attending few meetings, line supervision, inventory management through SAP and hand over to the following shift.  
I have learnt a lot of skills starting from the floor with very high experiences in running complex machines for making tens of different Chocolate product to high level of inventory management with a lot of improvement ideas.
My colleague always telling me that I am very high micromanagement.
There is no hardest part of my job, I have the challenge to learn anything perfectly and quickly. 
I enjoy my job specially when I am creating something new to help my team to achieve their task in an easy and enjoyable way.

Getting everything done within the times set

Great team culture, generous celebrations on the wins when targets are hit or new products launched…Awesome

Grab your iPad check which stores need addressing, generally 5 large supermarkets, check compliance in front and back ends, build new displays and finish in time for school pickup

shift work .full on but work went quick. enjoyed learning the mobile lifting  machines .management are strait forward, direct not interested in any communication. .culture pending on shift very toxic ,allot of wanna be bosses. physically demanding  and working with some not nice women
most enjoyable is some of the great work collogues who helped and supported their fellow workers to have a banter and get through a high paced shift .
I thoroughly enjoyed the physical part of the job .

Large FMCG Company, not a great work culture, very sales driven, strong personalities. Many stakeholders within the business means your exposed to a wide range of roles within the business. There are many opportunities in such a large company , but this business is very much of the mantra of time in the role before you can move on. Company is very much of the mantra "honeycomb" effect, meaning stepping sideways before you can go up, which for people who want career progression often get frustrated about

Working as a forklift driver at this workplace was a mixed experience. The team was generally supportive, and I appreciated the clear safety protocols and structured workflow. However, communication between departments could have been better, and at times, the workload felt unevenly distributed. Equipment was mostly well-maintained, and I had the tools I needed to do my job efficiently. Overall, it was a decent place to work, but there’s room for improvement in management and staff coordination

Was at Mondeleze 10 years and held many different rolls in that time. This was a good company to work for with lots of opotunity for developement, although there were always lots of changes and restructuring. This often left alot of work on a person as you would be double or tripple hatting. This crrates opotunity but also unstability and a lack of job secruity.
