This workplace is a good stepping stone for starting out in real estate and entering into entry-level corporate jobs. 

Though, My best advice is to AVOID this workplace at all cost. You will be asked to work for FREE on your first week of employment, will be underpaid, and expected to stay longer hours that are unpaid as well. All departments are miserable and always under A LOT of stress. Save yourself the hassle of applying to this workplace. 

Although, the good thing about this company is the camaraderie and friendship with the workers; They’ll treat you somewhat like family. The rest of the management will just tear you, your ideas, motivation to work and mental health down. My mental health and self esteem deteriorated after working for them. 

They’re greedy about money FOR THEM and will not care about you.

You are expected to stay overtime even though they don’t tell you that but the way they praise people for working hard after 5 indirectly shows that they want you to stay after 5

They tend to “brainwash” you that you are supposed to focus in making money and ditch work life balance

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Work , lunch, work and then go home

Never in my life did I think I would achieve what I have with Minic. I was given an opportunity to develop myself into an agent despite having no experience in the sales world. The management and director continuously give advice and encourage us all to perform better and reward us for our work. Ive truly developed as a person. The hardest part of the job is the personal development you go through for the better, its amazing!

Working at minic has been one of the best choices I’ve ever made in my life, if you have any ambitions to be in the real estate industry minic property group is the best place to start. They have taught me everything from scratch and they help you make sure you get it all right and help you progress through your real estate career, very helpful and very ambitious environment has been created at this workplace. 110% recommend it

Working there was terrible with very unprofessional and hostile people within the workplace. You would be earning below minimum wage and you would be expected to work overtime without being paid for it. Terrible environment to grow in, and the pay doesn't justify the work you do. Other companies pay a lot more for the work you do. Don't go there thinking you are going to make lots of money.

Being a member of Minic has given me a lot of insight into what it means to be on a team that values consistently in being the best. So, if you're willing to work hard, apply; otherwise, don't bother. I was given a chance despite having no experience; yet, with the correct training, I was able to become a valuable team member and develop self growth. The team is also fantastic; they are a wonderful and fun bunch to be around. 

The managers here spare a lot of time to train and give advice, both work and business related, to every person. They are always available to talk to. This career teaches you more than you would imagine, it teaches personal development, mindset development and how to be exceptional at what you do. The team is altogether like a family that anyone would love to join!

The people at Minic are by far the best. Never have I once thought I could become an agent but the people here taught me from scratch. They teach you and push you to achieve the best you possibly can. Guided by two amazing mentors, who show you the ropes, and care for you, working with them is an honor. You won't find another company that has the amazing team we have here. 

The most enjoyable part of the job is the team in the Property Management Department. Great girls to work with and everyone helps each other.

Team network is strong and supportive and there is always something new that is learnt and taught from one another has a great family vibe.

Working here at Minic Property Group is an absolute blessing. Does not feel like working because everyone enjoys the work they do so much. For the people thinking they can achieve greatness without hard work simply will not work here. This is a place of performance. Truly grateful to be here.
