Pros: The pay and incentives is great and a very flexible workplace. Have met some lovely people. 

Cons: The cleaning department and management in that department is disorganised, there a days where we get into our shifts to find we have no basic things to do our jobs, no structure, the work load and expectations are excessive and many staff are leaving and not replacing staff, a lot of bullying and toxic environment. Physically and mentally draining department to work in. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
I would not give them a star. Nothing is best about MRL. Food sometimes good and not particularly found of caught freshly frozen seafood nights.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Dealing with pushy and bullying supervison.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic to the core. With management.

Push push and push to get it done safely out the window.

Good civil job. Equipment was maintained

Changing supervisors and changing computer programs

Pretty good and the site helped each other

Prestart, use the machine and then bus back to camp

Don’t not work here!

Pay rates lower than other companies and you will be micromanaged every moment of the day.

Big brother everywhere you’re constantly being watched / spied on and there is no opportunity for up skilling. 
You will only ever do the job you were originally hired to do and nothing else, even if you have experience in other areas it will not matter. 

Mixture of gear some old some new.

In my stay in Mineral Resource Limited I have learn so much things most specially on teamwork. The management really cared about the safety of us. Workplace culture is good because I did not experienced bullying. The hardest part of job if there are many samples to be processed. The most enjoyable part when I finished the job quickly.

MRL is a good company to work for

I haven't experienced any negative feedback whilst performing my 

duties and have had the backing of my managers

The people have been great to work with 

The accommodation and facilities are very good

I recommend any one wanting to work for MRL to give it a go

You have to see it to believe it. Unrealistic expectations  from Head Office stretching workers to their limits. Burn and Churn environment. Treated as a number not a human.

Pushy management that don’t care about workers concerns at all, people sacked for little or no reason whilst others get away with anything, boiling showers with no cool water in ya dongas , ordinary food in mess! Can’t speak the truth at meetings for fear of losing ya job

Reactive culture, Mis-aligned executive group, poor leadership and planning.  Pay very well but culture is poor.  People don't feel comfortable speaking out.  Very old school.

Worst company I work for in over 23years in the industry , always out to sack workers for ANY reason .
Zero respect for workers experience, treat workers like children
