Millennium Cleaning

There are good Managers and substandard managers in Millennium. Some Managers know their job responsibilities while many still have the concept of ex-Australia way of thinking (countries other than Australia). They consider cleaners as untouchables while they themselves doesn't really care about the company. Probably these unethical managers should be inducted about Ombudsan or else there will be several court fights.
The top level management should really conduct surprise checks on the managers concerned and introduce hire or fire system.

Facilities cleaner very good company ever

Cleaning Toilets ,food court escalators 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Fit work,energetic,always smile 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Weekend,all days if needed 
 Fucos on the company and your individual experience while employed there

Unfair dismal, when all the shop owners said the centre never looked cleaner.

Would not recoment working for them.
The supervisor was fair, but the managers are unrealistic and wont listen to reason.

I enjoyed my time with millennium. Excellent management structure which allows for flexibility in staffs personal lives. A culture of effective communication between staff is encouraged.

Worked on my own my boss was great. Unfortunately one of the workers destroyed the machines .
Then the site boss new I couldn't do the job the other workers lost the contract,this is a great company to work for but U get the jealous ones who like to wreak the day 

hours kept on changing
had to remember everyones shifts
and how they did there jobs exactly
what chemicals to use 
what i want is a normal job with set hours
unless overtime is called for

The company has productive and diverse workplace. Everyone enjoying to work there snd manager is so nice and talented. Company provide very safe environment to their employees.

This company is not good to work for they put way to much stress onto there emplyes . I was treated badly by my boss sworn at and have still not recived my seperation certificate altho i have asked on more than 1 ocasion.

Nice place to work with alot of new technological equipment and machines can learn alot .employee can learn alot . Many different facilities for workers.

I wasnt there for a whole year or know the salary i cant confirm that but would recommend working for the company, they treated me well, no disrespect and felt welcome since the interview, good company
