Is a great workplace full of encouragement and opportunities and opportunities to further training, knowledge and skills. At our centre it has been the same staff consistently for years so is definitely a big family vibe and working with a great team makes the world a difference. Management try to be as flexible as possible but sometimes we don’t have the relief staff to cover staff wanting time off, holidays etc which can be a down fall but management always try there best to accommodate staffs needs. Centres are about to have big makeovers outside so working in a fresh new environment is very exciting. 
Overall a great company to work for. 

Since starting with this company this year, I have built beautiful connections with children and their families. I have observed children develop immensely in all different developmental areas. 
The team I work with are all supportive and I am very lucky to say I work at Milestones Early Learning. 

I have worked with Affinity for nearly 3 years now and I have enjoyed every second of it. I feel so privileged to work the Affinity with so many opportunities that have been offered to me I know I wouldn’t be able to get opportunities like these any where else

this is a good place to work but however the work environment is very busy and requires a lot of physical work. co-workers are supportive and work gets done.

Since working at Milestones I have further gained experience, qualifications and training within my role. 

I am grateful to be a part of such as supportive team. 

My experience so far has been very positive the set up the people and the work expectation have all been enjoyable and flexible.                          

extreme bullying, bad pay, incompetance from staff, no support, lazy staff. overall I found this experience very stressful which caused many mental health issues.

Milestones Ringwood is a wonderful place to work! The team and management were very welcoming and supportive. The facilities are up to date and modern. 

The director is absolutely amazing. Great work culture. Families are beautiful and I love the staff. Best job I’ve worked in and extremely rewarding to be in. 

I have been with Milestones since August 2022. I have felt so supported from my manager since I started. I like that Affinity offer career advancement.
