McColls Retail Group

A typical day at McColls would be a long 9 hour shift with a lot to do before i locked up. The hardest part of the job would of been the customers but at the same time the most enjoyable. The reason that its the worst and also the best is that there would always be a customer that would be rude but the there are others that you love speaking to and finding out about their stories in life and sometimes making their day. i learned from this job that i am a had worker, a team leader and also that i am very good with people. The management was satisfactory due to that fact that i had 4 different managers when i was working there so we as in the employees didn't really get to connect that much with the managers. My co-workers were very good at their job, hard working and also friendly.

Management at mccolls were not bad. Workers very good . Hours not bad. Always plenty off work  for those who wants to work.
